This is the one! Eva’s place is perfect for a couple or a small family. Everything you need to travel with a baby/toddler is provided which made packing so easy. The beach, restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!!!

Alls i can say is wow! This place had everything we needed plus more, your right in the heart of key biscayne and everything described is spot on, you will have any amenities plus additional stuff to help make your stay better! The pool was awesome and the residents in the area are so nice!! Parking was very tight due to others parking, so when she says it’s tight, she is not joking with you!! All beach access is extremely easy to find, and you can walk to everything on the island! We will 100000% be back and have now found our favorite spot to vacation!

Martin’s place was perfect. The location is great, very close to the supermarket and the beach, both only a few minutes walk. The parking is also ideal. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The location is very quiet and has a great pool. Key Biscayne is a beautiful area with amazing houses and palm tree lined streets. It’s very safe to walk around day and night. We used the bus to go into Miami which was easy and convenient. This place was perfect for our family trip to explore Miami, the Everglades and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend this place to other families!

This was my first time using AirBNB, and I am very pleased with the experience and this place. The condo was exactly as described, beautiful and clean. Angela met us on arrival to give us a tour of the home and to describe the property features. We had access to 3 pools, on site grocery store, BBQ grills, beach with chairs and umbrellas, beach bar, koi pond, safe environment. The extras that Angela provided, like the collapsible beach wagon, beach towels, shade umbrella, etc. were greatly appreciated and helpful. All of the appliances and TVs, were Samsung. We were able to screen share our streaming services to the TVs. Bonus extras for in the condo were 3 box fans that we were able to run in our bedrooms at night...the mature ladies really appreciated these. Kitchen was supplied with more than enough to accommodate cooking and to service the 6 adults on this stay. Thank you, Angela for going above and beyond to accommodate our second vehicle.
