Delightful stay in a beautiful old character home which was spotlessly clean with many thoughtful touches. Minutes from great restaurants, supermarkets and main shopping strip. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again.

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We had a great time at Eva’s and enjoyed sitting by the fire place and relaxing. It was very close to the tram line which made a trip into the city very easy and fun for the kids. The house was very clean and had all that we needed for our stay.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

We loved our starts at Darren’s place. Great location, walking distance to a range of cafes and restaurants as well as public transport. The kids loved the playground at the end of the road.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to everything in the city, but still quiet enough to relax. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Great stay, great spot, great apartment. Very responsive and helpful host. Easy walk to Southbank restaurants, large Woolworths just a couple of minutes walk away to stock up on supplies. terrific views from the apartment. Would certainly stay there again.

We had a great stay at Tanglewood, we were visiting family on the area. Lovely place well kitted out very peaceful and tranquil and a good size. Roslyn is lovely and a great host. We would definitely recommend and return

A great place to house many people. Mostly comfortable beds (the two downstairs aren't amazing), good water pressure and great outdoor living. Pemmy was very responsive to any issues we had and always had a prompt solution/answer. A couple minor things to be aware of; the floor can be a bit creaky in places, you will need to tiptoe around at night/morning to not wake anybody, but it will still creak. The main ensuite hand basin design paired with the tap design splashes water everywhere, and the water pressure in the shower isn't as good (but not unusable) as the main bathroom. For a large group, we'd easily book again as the space was perfect, the linen was plentiful, beds/couch comfortable, and anything we needed help with Pemmy was readily available to help solve for. Second time booking here and it was fantastic. Exactly as described, clean, comfy bed, great size and awesome balcony. Melina and Martin are friendly and accommodating hosts, even leaving a few basic necessities in the kitchen cupboards. Clifton Hill is peaceful, quiet and accessible to the city via express train in less than 10 minutes. Everything you need in this great place. Will stay again.

Absolutely blown away! Nicole’s place in East Melbourne is everything you need and more. We were just blown away. The view is BREATHTAKING! No matter where you are in the apartment, your photos will look stunning. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need. She’s thought of everything - from decorations and a gift to make us feel welcome, to little things that are often missing from airbnbs like a stocked ice tray, blow dryer, salt and pepper haha. The apartment is directly outside a train line, 5 mins into the city, or you can go 5 mins in the other direction and you’re in the heart of Richmond. It’s walking distance to shops, restaurants and nature. Not to mention it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. It was everything we’d wanted and so much more. We can’t wait to come back!

Flat was fabulous - good bed and shower and in a great neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and other shops. It was very close to a tram stop into the city. Tracy gave clear instructions and info regarding local amenities etc. I would highly recommend staying there.

Our guests had a great stay. There was an issue with the code on arrival but that was sorted with the hosts.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. Very comfy, and host very responsive, close walking distance to supermarket, local parks and Epworth hospital. Felt right at home and was able to have our dogs there as well. Highly recommended and would stay again if we were in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The place is finished to a very high standard, with stylish decor and top quality touches throughout. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance to the tram, great cafes, and yoga and Pilates studios. It’s also not far from larger shops and a supermarket, which was super convenient. Parking onsite is an added bonus. Amy was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
