Get away from it all in this stylish, studio cottage. Enjoy amazing views of the foothills and Tule River. Take a nap in the hammock, float peacefully in the river, or explore our wild 10 acres. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

It is located a few hundred yards from the entrance to the park. This will save you from having to wait in line for access. Just remodeled and everything is well planned for your stay. This property is 1 mile up a dirt road. The road can be steep and bumpy in places . We have had over 1200 people up here with no problems. This is just a disclaimer, so you are aware before you book. Bright and roomy newer 34 foot fifth wheel with four slides that sleeps 4 comfortably. Full-size kitchen as well as bbq area. Propane fire pit set up to take in the great views, or stargaze. Quiet and secluded with beautiful views of Lake Isabella. Minutes away from mountains, lake, and river.

Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!
