Arriving & staying at Joanie's place is like entering Garden of Eden. Just seeing the wide smile & "ohh-ahh" from my parents who are visiting from a city country, they couldn't believe their eyes seeing real oranges on the trees!! Great place for our stay to visit the national parks. Spent so much time at the parks we didn’t get to chill in this great house as much as we would have liked.

Staying at Kermit's was like staying at my old grandparents' home. It was cozy, welcoming, homey, and it had absolutely everything we needed to cook great meals, spend time together, and have a blast doing so. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was prepared and ready to go, the lights on the patio at night were wonderful, and the backyard had plenty for us to do. I have spent more money on Airbnbs for less than our stay at Kermit's, and I am happy to say that I would gladly spend a trip at Kermit's again!

Wow! What a great place! The indoor pool was the best. It was so hot outside so being able to swim without sun and UV exposure was absolutely amazing. I have already recommended this place to friends for future adventures. ❤️

The bnb looked just like the photos, beautiful views all around. The host was very responsive and checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. My group had a great time!

We booked this space for a combined family vacation consisting of 7 adults, 3 kids/teens, and one toddler. The overall space is great. There are enough rooms to where you don't feel on top of one another and can enjoy privacy. The kitchen was also spacious with working full-sized appliances. There was also plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, cups, pots/pans to make full meals. We used the grill a few times as well. It is important to note that the outdoor kitchen grill had warning tags not to use, but there was another grill available. The outdoor pool was perfect and deep! Something to be mindful of if you bring those who aren't good swimmers. There are some pool toys as well as floaties/life jackets provided though. We did need to ask the host to turn on/off the water features. The slide was a hit but it did tear the swimsuits of those who braved it haha! Inside, the pool table and arcade games were a hit. My only disappointment was there was no hot tub despite photos showing one.

Juan was an excellent host and accommodated us with anything we requested. It's a beautiful home in a nice and private area. The hot tub and games for the kids, were our favorite.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Sami and Glo's house! This may be the nicest Airbnb we've ever stayed at. Not only is it a beautiful home that has everything you need - they paid attention to every small detail. The 4 bedrooms worked out great for my family of 5. We especially enjoyed the amazing views from the deck, the coffee bar, and we watched movies as a family every night. It was the perfect home to come back to after spending several hours at Sequoia National Park. We will absolutely be back! Thanks for everything.

Wonderful home that was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed and wanted to make lifelong memories. The only regret was wishing we had more time! We were not even down the road when the kids were asking when we could return.

Five stars for sure! This house is a perfect location for access to grand Sequoia national Park and Kings Canyon national Park. The roads going to those two parks are pretty windy, so bring Dramamine for the kiddos if they need it :-) The home was perfectly appointed, lots of wildlife to see!

Absolutely loved our stay in the Aframe house. It was more than we expected. Beautiful views & perfect place to stay for sequoia national park. The only thing I regret is not staying longer! Highly recommend

We visit Kernville one to two times a a year. This was my favorite place so far out of the places my family and I have stayed. We have a family of 5 (3 kids) and they absolutely had a blast, plenty of games and activities for them to do at the house including swimming. We also had some friends and family visit us and the place was great for entertaining guests. I highly recommend staying here the host is very responsive and friendly. We look forward to visiting again. Thank you!

Kirstin’s home was the perfect place for us and our family to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunny weather! The house was nice and cool when we needed to escape the heat. We all enjoyed playing a game of pool. Everything was clean, the house, pool and back patio were absolutely beautiful. We were so busy, we told ourselves we need to come up again and take advantage of the bbq and relax in the backyard at night. The sounds of the waterfall in the pool, the bugs, and the frogs were so peaceful. Thank you again for being an amazing host! And being so quick to respond!

Our Thanksgiving by the Kern was a dream, A perfect place for our little family team. Quail danced in the yard, deer roamed at night, And the river’s song brought pure delight. Ty’s kindness made check-in a breeze, A home filled with love, so easy to please. The setup was perfect for a father of three, A 9, 5, and 3-year-old, happy as can be. The backyard was magic, the views serene, Nature’s beauty, like a living scene. Laughter and memories, joy in the air, A trip to remember, beyond compare. Paul’s place was perfect for my groups weekend getaway on the kern! Highlights consisted of the many games he offers from pool table, darts, ping pong, to games such as cards, bochie ball, and catch phrase! We really enjoyed using the hot tub while gazing at the mountains. His place really had everything we needed and more. It was in the heart of kernville making it walking distance to the river, local brewery, rafting companies, and the town’s stores. This is a place i always look forward to staying and i sure hope to stay here again in the future. Beautiful property that made our stay magical. Thanks again!

Really enjoyed our stay! This is our second time staying in the home and we truly enjoy how close it is to restaurants and shops. The best part is that you can hear the river as soon as you step out the front door. Literally reach the river in a couple of steps, and deer even roam the street. Travis and Trishia provided clear chech-in and check- out instructions, sent messages making sure we were doing well after our first night, and gave me recommendations for a great river spot when I asked. The home is clean, kitchen has everything you need, backyard is great for relaxing by the fire pit and enjoying some smores. Highly recommend staying here!

From the moment we viewed the pictures we wanted to stay at Flying Saucer Ranch. Corey and Samantha had prompt response times and answered every question we had about the property. We stayed for 5 days/4 nights (a family of 6, with 4 teenagers two adults) and we would have happily stayed longer. There is not a detail that has been overlooked in this property. We felt so at home with the well stocked kitchen, including spices, an abundant amount of dinnerware, towels and wash cloths, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, space to spread out and enjoy our vacation in Tehachapi. Upon check in, the directions were easy to follow, and the property was impeccably clean. Major highlights were the karaoke machine, relaxing hot tub with beautiful view, fire table on the deck, and steam shower. Proximity to anything you might need is a quick convenient drive but you still appreciate the private location. You will not be disappointed choosing the Flying Saucer Ranch. 5++ in our book!

This place was phenomenal. The surroundings were beautiful. The mountains were beautiful. The place was very well decorated. also, the host was really great, very responsive and very quick to help. If you want to get away from everything have some peace and quiet, I would definitely recommend.
