Upper floor - (gable height 2.20 m) with bed (160x200 cm), and air conditioning. Wooden windows and doors have mosquito nets. Outside: Natural stone terrace shaded with wine covered pergola and great views.

To Modern House βρίσκεται στο χωριό Χαϊδευτό σε απόσταση 2.5 Km από τις παραλίες και το λιμάνι της Κεραμωτής. Πρόκειται για ένα ήσυχο, μοντέρνο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κατάλυμα. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματισμό, θέρμανση, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ψυγείο καθώς και ντους. Κατάλληλο για 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά. The cozy house, newly built in 2021, is located in the middle of a beautiful olive grove. Central location but still ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. Large terrace with private swimming pool and magnificent mountain views. Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The kilometer-long, fine sandy beach (Golden Beach) is within walking distance. Hospitable taverns, bakery and supermarket in the immediate vicinity. We are happy to give insider tips on excursions, restaurants, etc.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft, im Haus und Garten. Bis zu 4 Personen können es bequem bewohnen. Parken ist auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück und an der Straße möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Paleos Zigos Xanthi, nur 4,5 km vom Zentrum von Xanthi entfernt. Es ist 20 Minuten vom Nationalpark Nestos Delta und weniger als 20 Minuten von den Stränden der Gegend entfernt. Im Dorf sind Einkaufsläden sehr nah. In der Nähe ist eine Bushaltestelle.
