Modern House is located in the village of Chaideuto, 2.5 km from the beaches and the port of Keramoti. It is a quiet, modern and fully equipped accommodation. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a fridge and a shower. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. In the apartment you will find towels and bed linen. A few meters away you will find a mini market, pharmacy, bakery and restaurant.

Welcome to our brand new Airbnb accommodation “NEA home” in Nea Iraklitsa, Kavala, Greece! This modern house accommodates families and couples alike and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stylish open-plan living and dining area. The Aegean Sea with a beautiful sandy beach is about 200 meters from the house. The house was completed in July 2024 and you can be the first guests.

Hello everyone! Our house is located in Panagia, a neighborhood with scenic narrow streets in the old town of Kavala city. It´s a detached house with the ground floor occupied by us and the first floor for Airbnb hosting. We use airbnb in all of our trips and we are delighted and satisfied.
