Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Şeytan Sofrası is 15 minutes away. In addition, the symbol of Ayvalık is within walking distance to the beach in the narrow alleys. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are beds for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen and living room. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay on the sofa for 2 people in the living room. 😊HAVE A GOOD VACATION 😊

Located in the very heart of Mytilene, our small (~35 sq.m.) , yet cozy apartment meets your every need; either for an early morning stroll by the pier, or a late night expedition into the unique culinary/beverage arts, immersing yourself into the hustle and bustle of the commercial district, or just relaxing in the park, your "anchor point" will always be a breath away. The Old Tsagkariko is located in the centre of Petra, in the traditional settlement, between the old mansions and the blooming gardens, opposite the picturesque chapel of the Holy Apostles, very close to the central square, 300 metres from the beach. Enjoy the view of the imposing rock of Panagia from the beautiful balcony. It was renovated in 2025 and has all the modern comforts. The quality mattresses guarantee a restful sleep for 4 people. Our Maisonette suite Lotros is an ideal two level apartment, that can facilitate up to 4 guests. On the lower level you will find the sitting area with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom . The steps lead you to the upper level, where you will find one Queen-size bed and wall closets. The Maisonnete suite provides sea views from both levels.
