"Plaka" as the locals call the square of the village of Kerames in Rethymno, which is a stone's throw away from the house. The tallest house in the center of the village, built on three levels, with unobstructed views of the mountain and sea from other buildings. My place is located on the edge of Akoumia, in the south of Rethymno. It is a stone-built semi-detached house with a panoramic view of Kedros, the valley and its villages. The upper and lower spaces communicate with an internal staircase but are also completely autonomous with their own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance, having access to the garden, the terrace and the parking lot.
