Holiday rentals with a patio in Kent County

Kyle’s space is absolutely perfect for a trip to PEI! The location couldn’t have been any better…centrally located to just about anything you’d like to do/see on the island (less than 9 minutes to my favorite little town, Victoria by the Sea!). Lots of space to spread out in the rental (ideal for a family of 4 or two couples) and a great kitchen for times when you don’t want to eat out. The view from the deck was gorgeous and the perfect spot for your morning coffee or reading in the afternoon (not to mention the sunset views!). I wouldn’t hesitate to book this space the next time I visit the island!

We stayed for a weekend and it was WONDERFUL! The kitchen was gorgeous, the bathroom upstairs was so awesome. Loved the soaker tub and spa room. Parking was easy and everything was communicated very well. There was some work being done downstairs that got pretty loud at times but it was only for a few hours and in the middle of the day. The only thing I can think to improve of it adding blinds/curtains to the downstairs windows. The natural light was lovely but it would have been nice to have the option. Will absolutely book here again if we're in town.

Very clean, cozy and very well-equipped house. We enjoyed the little glass roof where we had an aperitif. We now have a place to recommend on a future visit to the area.

If your looking for quiet remote area, with beautiful walking trails and the beach a short walk right on property this is the place to be!! Absolutely recommend this place!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Bonny’s! The home was beautiful, clean, and so spacious—perfect for our ladies weekend away. It had everything we needed and more. Just a quick 10-minute drive to downtown made it super convenient, and although we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, it was a great bonus. Highly recommend this lovely spot!

We had a nice weekend stay at Joice's. There was everything we needed and the place was very comfortable. Joice was very prompt and clear with all communication.

Just finished our stay at Joanne’s. We booked for four nights and then decided to stay another night. Considering it was a last minute decision, Joanne was very accommodating and was able to book us for another night. The house is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and it’s feels like being home. I would highly recommend staying here, if I’m in the area again I will be staying here for sure.

Our staff loved the place, we will definitely book this listing again the next time we have an event in the Moncton area.

We had a lovely time, llwith lots of room for 6 adults for the weekend. Emily has a beautiful spot to unwind and just relax. We thoroughly enjoyed the He / She shed with the old time record player, the bikes in the garage were a bonus too, biking the trails over to Pointe De Chene. Wish we could have stayed another nohht to enjoy a campfire, reason enough to book another weekend some time soon. Thanks again guys for sharing your lovely place with us, it was fit for a King. This space was perfect for our needs, very close to downtown, a great kitchen with lots of amenities and Haley had the hot tub ready for us at the beginning of March. Will be back if work takes us back to the region !

Benjamin was very responsive , and proactive to solve a problem for our stay !! The property was as described , clean and had an airy flow . The location was calm and quiet , which made for a restful stay !

Perfect condo for us! Clean and comfy and the ocean view was wonderful! The hosts were super friendly and quick to answer any questions we had.

Nice place for a short-term trip. I will suggest a blind curtain for a darker room at night for a light sleeper. 7 minutes walk to Starbucks and about 20 minutes walk to CCNB Overall good experience and good host

We really enjoyed the place! The condo is very large, the 2 bathrooms very convenient for 4 people. The views are great, the walks on the shore were so nice. The place was quiet and the neighborhood was nice. We recommend it!

Guillaume was always very quick to respond to any inquiries and very pleasant to deal with. He worked with us to find solutions to our particular needs. I would highly recommend him and his beautiful home. Waking up to a view of the beach is second to none.
