Loft holiday rentals in Kennebec River

We had a lovely week-long stay with our toddler and infant! The place was very quiet, clean, and comfortable (one of us slept on the couch). Such a beautiful area and very welcoming hosts. Extensive grounds to explore and easy river access.

The loft was indeed drenched in sun! It was beautiful. The bathroom was divine- we loved the amazing shower! It's too bad it was winter because the sitting deck would have been lovely! The location was perfect. We walked to a wonderful breakfast/lunch place, and the highways were so close! I would highly recommend Erica's place!

Had a great time staying at Linda’s! It was a very short drive to Boothbay Harbor and practically next to the wedding venue (Boothbay Playhouse). All the little things (keurig coffee, local bakery items) really made our stay pleasant and Linda was super responsive to texts and requests!

We had an exceptional time in Camden. We arrived later, and Carol had the house cooled down for us. Because things tend to close early in Camden (and we were tired from traveling the entire day), she had baked fresh blueberry muffins and stocked the fridge with coffee, butter and fresh cider. Such a treat to not worry about running to the store that night! The house is just charming and she had fresh flowers in every room. The house is VERY well stocked and the kitchen is complete with absolutely everything you need (and then some!) If you get the chance to stay here, Carol has much advice on things to do and see. I look forward to returning next year and seeing her again!

Sherry's place was as whimsical as the pictures suggest (kid-play-friendly, with a rustic New England farm style, decorated with murals, twinkly lights, and natural seashore finds), but also as chic and clutter-free as you'd want as a visitor. Very clean; good wifi; comfortable beds. Wonderful location for us, close to Rockland and a trip to Monhegan. As a testament to Sherry's character: when we accidentally trespassed on a neighbor, the mention of Sherry's name earned instant forgiveness. I'd love to return!

My wife and I really loved our trip to Maine and our stay in Rockland. It was a cozy place for her to work from. It’s clean, stylish, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a short drive from the coolest lighthouse path, a short drive from Claws (tasty seafood place with a view), the charming town of Camden, and directly over a bustling pizza joint. Fun stay!

This place is so lovely and peaceful. We loved the water view from the loft and roaming the beach. It is a great spot.

This location is perfect and the view is beautiful! The loft is roomy. My family and I loved staying here for the weekend. Ingrid was wonderful and very responsive. However, it is above a popular restaurant and there was music playing below until midnight and then starting again at 6am, so bring a sound machine if you are a light sleeper.

A roomy and comfortable space in the heart of downtown bath. The full size fridge and freezer was a great bonus, the living room was large and comfortably appointed, and the shower had nice water pressure. The mattress had good support but also a layer of soft material on top to help make for a comfortable night's sleep. The fans were effective at cooling the space, and there is an extra plug in fan stored in the closet if it gets really hot. We loved the environmental focus in the space, and also loved the soaps and shower amenities that were included. One thing to note is that if you are very sensitive to the smell of marijuana, the smell from the cannabis dispensary below the unit does permeate slightly into the stairwell and a little bit into the living room and kitchen. We didn't notice it in the bedroom, so that was fine for us. All this to say, we would definitely stay again for future Bath visits!

The perfect Maine cottage in the perfect Maine location! A charming, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home with a beautiful view of the water, in a location that was close to everything in the Boothbay area yet felt private and peaceful. We've stayed in many great airbnb rentals over the years, and this was one of the best! Seamless and friendly communication from Sea Maine, including a welcome gift and text updates, was the icing on the cake. We would love to return to this cottage again, and based on this experience would trust any of Sea Maine's rentals to be equally wonderful and well-managed!

The place was absolutely fantastic! The space was much bigger than I expected and it had everything we needed - a beautiful & spacious living space, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus, the location was perfect!

I enjoyed staying here and being able to walk to everything in town. They were very helpful if I needed anything and very quick to respond. Pillows were very comfy. Everything was there for sleeping, cooking and bathing. Laundry outside the doorway was convenient. Open, bright and plenty of space. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Loved this apartment over Downtown Bath. Honestly, it’s bigger than I expected. Bed was very cozy, space was beautiful and we much appreciated access to a washer dryer. Everything you need in walking distance. I’ll be booking again in the future!

This loft apartment was the perfect getaway. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the water from the loft and from the property itself . The interior was beautifully designed with modern amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy the perfect views . There was a beautiful picnic table outside and Adirondack chairs to enjoy the views. There were beautiful paved trails and a swinging bridge to cross over to town . The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the area. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable stay. Sandy and AJ were the sweetest hosts ! Many sweet surprises . Will definitely return !
