Rustic Family Cabin on China Lake

This rustic cabin has been in my family for 4 generations. It's well loved, a bit quirky, sometimes musty and perfect for a family get away. We welcome well trained dogs, and have high expectations that you will respect the place and leave it in good shape for us and future guests. We welcome families, but after bad experiences, we are not available for your reunion or bachelor/(ette) party. Please note we ask you to bring your own sheets and towels. The water in the cabin is not drinkable

The 0.5-acre yard is perfect for games or hammock naps. Make smores around the fire pit. Location is convenient to I-95, and a short drive to the coast.

Enjoy Three Mile Pond from a private cottage with amazing views, Quiet and private to enjoy Maine the way it should be, deck, dock, kayaks are available, grill, fire pit and wood for the fire. Sleeps 6, 2 Queen size beds in loft and a sleeper sofa on the main floor. Second floor deck with seating .Wake up in the morning and walk directly outside to enjoy coffee and breakfast while enjoying the loons. Linens, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied, groceries, laundry, restaurants nearby.

My sister and i will welcome you to our guest cottage on a quiet lake in Belgrade. We are including a dropped off gourmet breakfast-you pick the time, between 7:30 and 9:00. We include waterfront access as well as use of a kayak. We are located on a beautiful lake in the middle of the woods. Peaceful and absolulely quiet. We will practice extreme sanitation as well as social distancing. One well behaved dog is welcome as long as they are not left alone in the cottage- dog bed supplied.

You will be about a 60 mile drive to the coast or about a 70 foot walk to the lake. Oakland is just a 20 minute drive to Waterville where both Colby and Thomas Colleges are located. East Pond is the host of several area summer camps. The camp will give you beautiful views of the lake. Sit on the deck and enjoy the loons and other lake activity.
