Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Pretty cottage, quiet location in view of the River Kent. All amenities walking distance with regular access to the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales. Kendal Castle minutes away, a nearby hotel offers pool and gym. Kendal hosts Brewery Arts Centre, one of leading arts centres in the UK. Parking is in front of the house. Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.

A really bright and modern, self contained, open plan apartment in central Kendal with parking for one car. Brilliantly located for all of Kendal's wonderful amenities especially. The Brewery Arts Centre and Kendal Mountain Festival. Situated on the edge of the Lake District national park. Straight out from the apartment there are fantastic walks and runs up onto Cunswick and Scout scars, both with fantastic views of the lakeland fells.
