It was a pleasure staying at Amy’s place. I especially appreciated her letting me bring my trailer with permission. Also the personal use of a full sized fridge was great for prepping and freezing a bunch of food for my long journey.

Chism's place is beautiful. It looks exactly like the photos, and the views out the windows were fabulous. It felt like we were out in the woods, even though we were pretty close to downtown Anchorage. It was sparkling clean, and easy to access. I'll definitely stay here on my next trip to Anchorage.

Hank’s place was just as described, easy to find with his directions and easy check-in. The apartment was very clean and homey. Lots of games, books and tv provided. As described, no kitchen, but still had an old fashion mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker as well as basic dishes and utensils. Being a few miles outside of downtown it had the perfect secluded feeling without being secluded. We were able to meet Hank in person, super friendly and accommodating with answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable and quiet location. We were able to bring our dog which meant a lot to us. Very responsive and polite hosts.

My wife and I loved our stay at Jonathans. Super clean, dog friendly and peaceful stay. 10/10 will try to book again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Suzi’s place! The home was spotless, filled with great amenities, and the radiant floor heating made it especially cozy on those chilly winter nights. Suzi was incredibly thoughtful host. She suggested a different entrance due to the heavy snow, which was so helpful. When we left early in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find the path to our car already shoveled. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Beautiful place with amazing views and plenty of beds for larger parties

Sarah's place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, privacy, and all the amenities necessary. We enjoyed the daily morning petting of her dog who came to our door (completely optional for guests, but we loved her.) Highly recommend, and will stay again.

Allot of space, big kitchen and was well stocked with everything you need for a long stay. I loved the super comfortable seats in the living room and it was great to have the big outdoor space/deck. Just remember it’s a family home so you will hear the daily activities upstairs. A side benefit is that it’s right off the bike trail so it’s an easy and beautiful walk to some really good local restaurants and a frozen yogurt place.

This place was super cute and cozy! I needed a chill quiet weekend out of Anchorage and so happy I decided to stay here. The place was VERY clean! The bathroom was huge and I loved the shower. The bed was so super comfy!! The kitchenette was perfect for coffee and bagels in the morning and wine and apps at night. The hot tub was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here and it was very clean and relaxing!! The view here is beautiful in the winter—can only imagine how pretty the lake is in the summer time.

Beautiful, safe community place. Private. Everything was very clean, great snacks! Hot tub was awesome! Beds were very comfortable 5 Stars! Would love to stay again!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I. Peaceful, beautiful and cozy. We hope to be back next time we come to visit our family in Soldotna.

Bob and Donna were amazing hosts. The most welcoming hosts we have ever seen. Bob went out of his way to help us to show Flat Top at midnight. Both helped us to understand things around Alaska for first time visitors. Best recommendations for places and restaurants as per your food choices. Best couple and host ever met. Thank You Both. This location was perfect for our girls book weekend . Everything was so nice and clean . The place looked exactly how it was pictured! Great communcation but still had our space! We’ll be coming again ❤️

We were first time in Alaska and were travelling with our toddler. We needed private space, full kitchen, close by grocery stores and easy access to downtown by a car. Lauren’s place was perfect for all those requirements. The unit is a basement unit with separate entrance and dedicated parking. Lots of grocery stores near by including walmart. The downtown was just 10-12 min away so we could easily go there for museums in the days and nice/famous restaurants in the evening. Host is very responsive and happy to help if you have questions.

The space was very cute and unique. Amenities were nice and they had a pantry with some goods from other stays. Clear instructions made it easy to navigate. I would stay here again.

Very clean, great location, easy instructions I would most definitely recommend

My two young sons and I stayed, and found the unit spacious, immaculate, nicely appointed. Pay careful attention to the instructions. I didn't and struggled a bit to find the entrance, perhaps due to the eight-hour flight and four-hour time zone difference. Once we did, getting in was a cinch. Their recommendations for local establishments was spot on.

I was in Anchorage for a funeral and my accommodations fell through, last minute. Because I had stayed at Julie and Doug’s twice before, I reached out and they were quick to respond and had it available for me within the hour. It was a great choice because I already knew the place was allergy free and safe. Plus, it is very comfortable and the location is great when staying in Anchorage.

This visit was a work trip for a coworker and I coming from Florida and it met all our expectations. The place was really clean and within walking distance of some great restaurants on the Downtown area. Parking wasn't an issue and no loud neighbors at night. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again on our future trips to Anchorage.

We loved Degen's place! We were there for one night only so didn't get a chance to chat with her. The only recommendation we had was possibly a bar near the bathtub because it is a deep step to the floor. It is very cozy and clean !!
