King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Es wird immer nur unter der Woche gearbeitet. Nicht am Wochenende und nicht an Feiertagen. +++ Unsere Ferienwohnung im schönen Allgäu liegt in einem ehemaligen umgebauten Schulgebäude. Der Ort liegt abseits der Touristenströme. Am Dorfrand hat man aber tolle Ausblicke auf das Panorama der Allgäuer Alpen.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

DAS ALPIENTE – Since January 2017, we have been renting a very stylish, 100 sqm ground floor apartment in our vacation home in Sonthofen/Binswangen in the Allgäu. An atmosphere to feel good – the special ambience in the Alps. Traditional elements are integrated into a modern design language, natural materials create coziness, and the high-quality furnishings give you the good feeling of being "at home." In our modern family apartment, families of up to five people can relax and spend their vacations. The accommodation is in the Margaretha and Josephinen Stift, the largest multigenerational living space in Germany – a very special place where young and old live together and meet. The spacious park around the building invites you to relax. We spoil you with culinary delights in the in-house café | Restaurant Majoca.

Attic studio

Our simple but functionally furnished attic studio is located in Isny, a lovely small town in the Allgäu. It offers enough space for two adults. The two regional airports Friedrichshafen am Bodensee and Memmingen are about 30 kilometers away. The house is located 5 minutes from the city center of Isny. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk. A small ski lift for beginners is in approx. 5 minutes.
