Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in a quiet, green residential area – ideal for unwinding after an eventful day. The spacious terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to linger. Perfect for festival visitors: You can easily walk to the Festspielhaus in only 10 minutes. The city center is about 2.5 km away – ideal for those who appreciate the proximity to nature but still want to be quickly in the heart of Bayreuth. The main train station is also easily accessible (1.8 km).

The apartment with approx. 55 square meters is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. Equipped with a walk-in shower, box-spring bed 180 × 200 m, flat-screen TV, large sofa bed for two children or 1 adult, not suitable for 4 adults, electric blackout blind, as well as fast free Wi-Fi. A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

Stylish room

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish home with amazing views! Cosy and stylish living in the completely renovated historic old building with modern elements. Two regular sleeping places (double bed 160x200cm) There are two emergency sleeping places (2 sofas with 60x180cm, no blackout) in the living area with panoramic windows. No towels! The garden is not part of the Airbnb apartment. Unfortunately, no kitchen. (Kettle, coffee machine + dishes are available)

The guest suite in the Stöckelkeller near Bayreuth

The Stöckelkeller is the former tavern in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. The university is 10 minutes away by car, the city centre 15 minutes and the festival hall 20 minutes. You will be staying on 29 square meters (13 sqm of living & cooking; 11 sqm sleeping; 5 sqm bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment as we like to travel ourselves. The house is located directly next to the small Margrave Castle Schreez.

Romantikchalet Vogelnest

Just be! The idyllic village of Vorra gives the impression that time has stood still. Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests!

Pure New Mia relaxation in Bavaria's charm

The apartment Mia has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to five people. The living room invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and all necessary utensils is ideal for self-catering. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower. A washing machine and dryer are also available. The apartment Mia is ideal for both families and business travelers.
