Holiday rentals with beach access in Kemi

The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

We spent a lovely week at Meri's place in Oulu. The apartment is absolutely lovely with well appointed kitchen, unique interiors, wonderful sauna (which we enjoyed many times during our stay) and many thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay for Meri's guests. The apartment has a private patio and fenced-in yard. If you like to run or walk there great walkways and trails. There is a grocery store very close-by and also a bus station that makes trips to the city center easy. The bus system in Oulu runs frequently and reliably, so you can enjoy a quiet suburban and private home setting, but at the same time have an easy access to city center restaurants and shops. Meri was very kind and very helpful and answered promptly any questions we had about the location and transportation. The apartment was clean and welcoming and I can highly recommend Meri as a host and we hope to have another stay here. Thank you Meri!

The apartment is located in a prime location in the centre of Oulu and by the sea. The view from the apartment is like a painting, you could have admired it for longer. Beautiful decor, peaceful atmosphere. Everything went very well, we recommend the place to others. We will return again if possible.

Airbnb is the only way to go! Irma offers a great apartment where you feel at home. Everything is available and in the right place. Irma helps at any time with great tips for the area and life in Lapland. We were able to see the northern lights through her tips and Santa Claus was also on our to-do list. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and description. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the centre, the sea and all services. A small supermarket right in front of the house and two larger ones a 5-minute walk away. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with the main products for both cooking and hygiene already available. Susanna is a very kind and helpful host; in her apartment we really felt at home! We hope to be able to return to Oulu soon and stay in this apartment again!

The apartment is beautifully and appropriately decorated. Small details delighted. A wonderful sauna and bath, a cozy glazed balcony and a luxurious bedroom made the visit perfect.

Really nice apartment, in a quiet place and cozy. The accommodation really had everything you needed, starting with the bedding. Great views of the Simojoki river on your own beach and fishing tackle from your own beach. Lots of different board games and reading. Wooden sauna, easy to light and good steam and views of the beach. Really friendly hosts welcomed us. We'll come again.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

A functional and cozy ensemble in a quiet location with the best price quality I've ever experienced. I can easily recommend if you want some privacy in a comfortable setting near the ocean. The owner communicated very quickly which is also a big plus.

Elina was very quick to reply and help us out. The house was big and had everything we needed and more for a short stay in Haparanda/Tornio area. The sauna was good and the various spaces were all comfortable. It’s a great option and I would stay again

Wow wow wow. Great place to stay in a central location in Oulu. The apartment's large outdoor terrace crowned the coffee moments and in the evening the lights of the prison and the city opposite shone beautifully.

A peaceful place in a nice sea environment and surroundings. Clean and stylish and with a superbly equipped kitchen with everything you could imagine needing. Good air inside the room and with a good bed so a good night's sleep was easy to find. The beach sauna is recommended. A place you'd love to visit again.
