The accommodation is medium in size, well laid out and has the essentials needed. The bed is comfortable and being king size is a bonus. Jenny has kindly supplied some breakfast provisions. You can park conveniently outside right at the entrance. Location is a mere short walk to shops and hotels. Recommend.

We loved our stay at James and Lynne’s! Such a beautiful area, easy access to Tamworth, and most importantly friendly and hospitable hosts! The kids loved meeting Crikey the horse, Tango the puppy, the kangaroos, and seeing all of the bulls. Thank you for a lovely stay
