Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kelmend

Wir hatten zwei tolle Nächte in der Unterkunft. Ihre Terasse und der Außenbereich sind einfach nur traumhaft. Wir konnten uns gar nicht satt sehen an der tollen Aussicht von Vögel, Pferden, sogar ein paar kleine Schildkröten konnte man neben dem Haus beobachten, wie sie den Berg hoch und runter wandern. Die Kommunikation mit Nikola hat super funktioniert, er hat alles getan, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Und das haben wir. Danke :)

We arrived late in the evening but Ivan greeted us without complaints (even though he had to drive from Podgorica to meet us). He took the time to show us the entire property and gave us a bottle of their own wine. Then a very helpful guy came every morning to clean the pool, water the grass and ask if we needed anything. There is a possibility of ordering breakfast but we made our own since we prefer something lighter than omelettes to start our day. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a grill outside but we didn't get to use any of the facilities because we had to try all the restaurants near and far. We stayed in "murva" house which is - as we were told - the oldest of them and we loved the traditional furniture, fireplace and its rustic charm. The place is 10 min drive from the main (Podgorica - Danilovgrad - Niksic) road so you need a car to get there and around. There is not much to do except enjoy sounds of nature by the pool but that was just what we came for.

This place is just amazing, the house is packed with all sorts of things you would need to feel just at home. I chose it because it was close to the airport but I didn't expect to receive such hospitality and comfort. The house was extremely clean, the furniture was very plenty and the surrounding garden was beautiful. Ivana and her mother are amazing people, they did everything to make me comfortable and safe, I cannot thank them enough. Ivana's mother prepared some very tasty coffee and treats for me, they are both very genuine and kind hearted people. It was a very pleasant experience staying there and I highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel at home.

Absolutely amazing AirBnB! Beautiful location, easy to find with good direction by some very responisve hosts. We had some additional request and the host was very accomodating. We got to enjoy the barbeque, some lovely local wines and the amazing view. Honestly could not recommend this airbnb enough! It was an amazing experience. And then with such a low price it is an absolute steal!

Nie ma lepszego miejsca w Podgoricy. apartament jest zlokalizowany w spokojnej, kameralnej okolicy wśród domków jednorodzinnych. stąd wszędzie jest blisko. jesteś w centrum miasta, a masz zapewniony spokój, ciszę i intymność. bardzo fajne miejsce. polecam bardzo mocno!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Podgorica

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung war perfekt. Es gab sogar extra Bettwäsche für unser Baby. Es war alles da was wir brauchten und Lili und Myzi waren unglaublich freundlich. Mit einem leckeren Kuchen wurden wir willkommen geheißen. Das Haus ist in einer tollen Lage, sodass das Stadtzentrum fußläufig zu erreichen war.

Entry and exit was very seamless. Location of the house was very central. House was decently cleaned. It had kitchen equipment, nespresso machine and capsules and also tea. However it was a bit cold. It had a heater in bedroom and an AC in living room. Heater was working fine but AC wasn't really heating the place up.(maybe we couldn't figure it out.) Overall i would stay here again on my next trip.

Valentina is a superior host, very respectful, very responsive, actually you feel like at your home. To be honest her place is a unique one in Podgorica, you can find everything nearby, shopping mall next to you .. You will extremely love Podgorica. Nice apartment and well located. Access was secure and the place is well equipped. We had some minor issue with the water heater but we managed with the kettle from the kitchen. The place was very dusty but we cleaned a bit so no problem. The pictures advertised on Airbnb showed a complimentary bottle of wine but it’s not included. Overall, a great place to stay in Podgorica.

We had a lovely stay at Neda’s for place. It has everything you need for a short or long stay and is very comfortable. Really conviene for getting around the city. Taxi from the train/bus station was less than 3€. To get to the city centre was less than 4€ and can be walked in 25 mins. There are restaurants and a large supermarket only a few minutes walk away. Really friendly and helpful hosts, allowing us to leave our luggage until the evening and providing us with a early check-in. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Would 100% recommend

A great location with parking. Easy to walk to the old town and all the sites in the city. The balcony was a real bonus and the birdsong we could hear was beautiful!

Great flat if that is the area you need to be in while visiting Podgorica. The building was quiet, and the flat was truly smoke free. The hosts were very responsive throughout the process.

Does what it says on the tin- you get what you pay for. Super close to the airport, skadar Lake and a few good authentic restaurants.

We loved our stay at Mirkos place. The location is stunning! Beautiful place to stay with plenty to visit in the area only a short drive away. I would say you definitely need a car to get around, but there is parking available and we had no trouble reaching the apartment. The flat was clean, drinking water was provided and a nice terrace area outside. The home is in a small remote village type area, which is amazing at night. The view of the stars was spectacular. Loved our time in Montenegro. Thank you.

Great communication

Extremely comfortable stay as always. Aleksa is a very responsive host and his apartment is conveniently located within walkable distance to amenities and restaurants, thrillingly close to the centre. The balcony, spotless kitchen, a double and a single bed plus sofa, AC and comfortable rooms are big bonuses. Highly recommended.

Marko responded immediately every time we communicated with him. The place was very comfortable. Everything worked. They had everything we needed and some. He was very helpful and the family was friendly, including their dog. The pretty much let us alone but asked if we needed help or assistance with anything. When he saw me adjusting something in our vehicle he made sure we were ok and offered to help if needed. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is new and very pleasant. Veljko was responsive and flexible on check-out, which we appreciated. The location is great. We will be glad to be his guests again. Recommended.

If I could give 20 stars I would. I've stayed at many Airbnb's and never once have I had the opportunity to spend time(quality time) with the hosts. I mean, Milos and his family took the time to make us feel like family, to make sure we felt comfortable, they were always available to answer our questions, point us to activities to do and places to see, great recommendations. The location was superb, we didn't have a car, grocery store super close, street food restaurants(AMAZING!), you get that home away from home feeling and it feels great. I feel we made friends and can't wait to see them again. I can't thank them enough for inviting us to join them on their balcony for drinks and snacks and for that awesome Saturday of BBQ! Thanks again for grilling Milos! And thank you Tjaša (his lovely wife) for always being available to help us, awesome save with the coffee grinder! haha! To anyone reading this, make your next stay here, you won't regret it.

Was soll man sagen, eigentlich haben bereits alle anderen Personen, die dieses Appartement gebucht hatten, alles gesagt. Und genau so ist es auch. Alles und damit meine ich auch die Gastfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Luka sind absolut top. Meine Anfrage nach einer Kaffeemaschine hat er direkt aufgegriffen und die alte defekte Kapselmaschine gegen eine nagelneue Kapselmaschine ausgetauscht. Auch Anfragen zu Wanderungen und Restaurants konnte Luka problemlos erfüllen. Dabei waren manche Tipps echt grandios. Alles in allem haben wir 12 wundervolle Tage in Montenegro gehabt und Luka hat daran proaktiv seinen Anteil. Sollten wir irgendwann einmal wieder nach Podgorica fliegen, wird das sicher unsere erste Adresse sein. Dafür vielen Dank, Luka. ;-)

Toll gelegen, etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Aber innerhalb von 30min zu Fuß ist man direkt in der City. Das Apartment Hat alles was man braucht. Alles super

We stayed in apartment for five weeks, there was everything needed for long stay inside. In addition, this is perfect place in hot summer, since apartment is not heated too much. And would like to mention that Snežana was answering quickly and resolved our questions. Thanks, Alona and Alex.
