Love the place. It's so cozy and clean. The pool also clean and my kids enjoyed swim. The house is fully furnished. Everything that i need all in there. Will come again in future. Thanks for the hospitality.

Spacious and feels like at home.. My kids love the pool..

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.

Excellent in every way. Where do I start… the location cannot be beat. Armenian street is THE George Town street to see, and it’s walking distance to many amazing restaurants, hawkers centers, boutique shops, street artworks, and other attractions like the esplanade and large shopping malls. The home itself has a very peaceful feel, oozing with oldtown charm, tastefully furnished, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is excellent, the hot/cold filtered water machine is super convenient, and the washer/dryer works well. Things to note: The bathroom ceiling is quite low- if you’re over 5’10” you’ll be stooped over, but they provide a shower seat. There is an atrium in the middle of the home that is open to the floor below and the shop on the ground floor. This is no issue, but something to be aware of if you have toddlers like us that are, at times, difficult to keep calm and quiet.

Spacious, clear instruction to check in, can fit up to 16 person as host has standby mattress. My family 9 person has a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The house is spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. With three toddlers in tow, we truly appreciated how much room they had to roam freely indoors. The big compound was a bonus — we brought inflatable pools and the kids had a blast ! The interior is beautiful and cosy, perfect for our gathering with friends. There was plenty of space to hang out and catch up. Everything was spotless — the whole place was very clean and well maintained. Parking was hassle-free even though we came with four cars. The price was a great deal for what we got. Eric was a responsive and helpful host, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We had zero issues throughout our stay. If we could suggest one small improvement, it would be to have a mirror in every room — especially for the ladies getting ready 😊 Other than that, everything was superb and exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. I like this homestay very much, it's very photogenic, it's not close to the main road, it's very quiet at night, but the mosque nearby will chant at 5am, this is probably a problem that all homestays in the old city have.You can walk 10 minutes in the morning to see the sunrise at the surname bridge, and the mural street is also within a 10-minute walk.There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for large families or groups of friends.The stairs to the second floor are a little steep, my parents are 70+ and can go up and down, no problem.When we checked in, the housekeeper helped us to move our luggage upstairs, and when we left, they delayed our check-out until 2pm.The room air conditioner is Panasonic, and the air conditioning is very powerful, which is especially important in the hot and humid Penang.The room has two bathrooms and two shower rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor.The shower room and washroom on the second floor are on the outdoor terrace and can only be reached through a door, which is slightly inconvenient at night. The neighborhood is safe, and there is no problem going to the terrace at night.
