Same as per described. The view was amazing and the space exactly as per advertised. Host was super helpful and location near to georgetown ❤️ Will recommend to friends that visiting penang.

Soon’s Airbnb is a treasure hunt from the moment one enters the house. Every small thing has been designed with lots of care and intelligence. The usage of space is impeccable. He has designed the house keeping in mind every small aspect that a resident might need. Be it the mirror with led light in the study desk or stocking the kitchen cabinets with tea/coffee refills or even the slippers kept in the bedrooms. The house is a visual spectacle and shows the artistic side of how a heritage house can be remodelled with modern touch. I will definitely consider staying here next time i visit Penang. Also Soon is an extremely responsible host. He kept me informed about every small aspect of the stay before my arrival. Even during the stay he was just a message away and responded to our small requests promptly within few minutes

The condo was exactly what we expected, clean and well maintained. Most importantly our checked in hours was midnight but the staff was there making the check in smoothly and efficiently. Thanks for the assistance and we will sure come back for our future visit.

Beautiful view of the sea and the new Gurney Bay park, with a lovely sunrise in the morning. Location is right on Gurney Drive, so very near eateries and other attractions. Home was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Host was responsive and flexible

Owner really awesome. Place was really clean good.. my personal opinion which got nothing to do with owner is Lift Service and Parking. Lift service was poor due to only 2 lift was in working condition. I m not sure why.. Parking quite narrow which is normal in Penang due to space constraint.

This was our 4th time staying at Ashley's place, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The apartment is always clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay. Ashley is a wonderful host — responsive, accommodating, and always makes us feel welcome. The location is super convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe and pleasant. It truly feels like a home away from home. We keep coming back for a reason, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. The beach view was great and we had live music from the beach bars and fireworks each night (for more than 4 weeks). Maybe that had to do with Chinese New Year, but it actually went on after CNY as well. Communication was excellent, there was a helpful representative who was almost always nearby and ready to assist with some very small issues we had. The security guys were very friendly to our kids and would accept packages that were delivered for us when we were out. The only significant point of improvement I see is that a bit more attention should be paid to the cleaning.

This place is super strategic! Just a 1km walk to Mall Avenue and 500m to a variety of hawker stalls. The apartment is spacious and has great facilities. I'm very satisfied with the location and comfort provided. Highly recommended for those looking for a strategic and comfortable place to stay

Instructions were precise. check-in and check-out was seamless. Had issue with air-conditioner in one of the room and I hope they'll resolve it.

Merissa and the team were so helpful. The facility is new and well located - within a gated new and clean development with 27/4 security, quite place, good restaurants nearby and 24hr open shop (very good compared to other shops we passed by on the way to our stay), wonderful view and easy access to the beach. We had a great stay here.

I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!

The location is very good, there is a swimming pool right outside, and there is a food court downstairs. It is convenient for travel. I highly recommend this place

A great apartment in a great location. The apartment quickly became our home away from home for our three week stay. We loved sitting out on the spacious verandah in the afternoons after a swim. The couple of maintenance issues we found on entry were addressed very quickly by Asmah and Hazwan. A WiFi/video issue crept in later in our stay, but we just watched less TV. The complex and its surroundings made walking a pleasure. We loved the 10min walk around the foreshore to get groceries at the nearby Lotus supermarket. A 2 ringgit airconditioned bus trip into Georgetown could be hailed immediately out side the complex. Our only disappointment during our stay had nothing to do with the apartment. To its credit the marina complex had many fine restaurants, albeit with menus that could be found in any city in the world, but as an ex Penangite my wife (and I) were disappointed with the complete lack of nearby hawker food stalls, which Penang is famous for.
