Very clean and cozy, the shower and hot water was great, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Parking serves a bit of a challenge, but not to hard to find a street spot. Felt pretty safe in the area and would definitely stay again!

From the first step inside, we instantly fell in love. The place has a peaceful homey feeling to step away from the busy city life. Everything inside was super clean and well put together. Leah was also super responsive and ready to help with anything. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again if we are in the area!

Erik's listing is just like the pictures; very clean, and in a very calm neighborhood, with just a few minutes walk to Newark Penn Station. the restaurants in the area are very hospitable and offer extremely flavorful dishes. Erik was very detailed and timely in his communication.

The apartment was conveniently located near the Prudential center, making it an easy return after the concert. There’s a banh mi store right next door that sells delicious Vietnamese hoagies. It could be a bit loud outside on the streets, but chill and quiet inside the building. I personally appreciated the individual light switches in the unit that could be turned off or on depending on how bright I wanted it to be. Overall, a memorable stay.

We stayed at this spot in New Jersey while visiting New York, and it was absolutely perfect for our trip. The location couldn’t have been more convenient , just a short drive to the train station, where parking was easy and getting into the city was simple and stress-free. The hosts were amazing and incredibly attentive to all of our needs, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth and comfortable visit to NYC without the hassle of staying in the city!

My wife and I stayed here for about 2 weeks and it was a great stay for us. The apartment was spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Pradeep was super responsive and gracious by offering an early check-in and late check-out at no charge. The location was great - yes about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Path Train Station that takes you to NY City or Hoboken. Will definitely recommend this apartment. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was clean, comfortable, peaceful and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities I needed and felt like a home away from home. The location was close to like restaurants and transportation. The only suggestion is if you have a return flight, I would recommend to book it through Newark Airport which is close to the place. We had a return flight through JFK which was little far from this place, however, that could have been solved if we had planned well ahead. Overall, me and my friends loved this place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

This is one of our favorite places to stay when going to the New York/New Jersey area. The location is wonderful, easy to get in and out of the city while staying in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is impeccably clean and neat, with everything you need. Anneka is a great and thoughtful host who is always responsive. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back to stay here again in the future!

10/10 recommend Shelly and Abe’s place! It was the perfect sanctuary to retreat back to after a long day of exploring New York City. The decor is lovely, it has everything you need and a comfortable bed to sleep in. It is a beautiful building in a great area and in walking distance to Penn Station which made our commute to the city easy. We had a great stay!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!
