Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Kawela Bay

The place was very cute and comfy, felt right at home. It had all the comforts of home. We all enjoyed our stay very much. Jordan was an excellent host and was very responsive.

Great place to stay, highly recommend especially if you have kids. They had all the beach stuff you will need (toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc). They also had a pack n play and a high chair for littles. The resort itself has a great pool and beach access. They let kids feed the fish every morning too which was a fun activity for my 19 month old. Was also really nice being on the ground floor. We could open up the slider and let our little guy run in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely adored our stay at this peaceful location. It had an awesome view, was very private and really was the relaxing vacation we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful!

Virginia is the BEST! She's so nice super responsive and very very accommodating of us and our four kids! Her place is perfect and has literally every single thing you need! The location is amazing and worth every single penny AND MORE. The resort itself is amazing and has in my opinion the best pool in Oahu. It has a sand pool and sand hot tub as well as a regular pool and regular hot tub that are huge and plenty of space. Literal can't say enough good things about this resort and Virginia. The Lagos are amazing. I'll literally never stay anywhere else in Oahu except the lagoons and will for sure book with Virginia again!!! 10/10!!!!!

Great place - such an incredible sunrise and you are literal steps away from the water. It was a great place to really unwind by the pool and away from the bustle of Honolulu! Would highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to be in a quieter side of the island with killer views and water access!

Location, location, location. Superb location that allows you to walk to amazing beaches and restaurants.. Nice, clean, quiet, and bright condo. The ceilings in the loft are a bit low, I bonked my head a few times, and no outdoor sitting area were a minus, but after a few days of enjoying all that the area offers, these issues faded away. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we made some nice meals while also mixing in eating out at the great food venues in the near vicinity. There were nice beach chairs and cooler which were well used! I'd definitely rent from this host again as they have lots of properties, but maybe opt for one of their properties with a deck or patio (and read the listing's amenities more closely). Loved everything else.

This was our second stay with Denice hosting a villa for our family. She was always very gracious and accommodating to our needs and requests as her guests. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit is spacious and well-laid out. Our family of 5 adults and 1 child (5yo) had more than enough space to enjoy each other's company or for more private times. The lanai overlooked the courtyard and the pools, and didn't get the hot sun until mid-afternoon, which kept the place cool throughout the day. All the furniture was perfectly laid out and comfortable to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and various dishes, cups, and glasses plus a lot of the spices we wanted to use. The Villas are nicely located on the second lagoon, a short stay from downtown Honolulu and local shopping areas. We recommend this host and her unit(s) to anyone looking for a first rate vacation.

Easy check-in and responsive host. Interior of this property is a bit outdated in terms of decor but very clean. Large time-share resort with 3 separate pools, an ocean lagoon with very calm water, beautiful landscaping, lots of activities. Staff were very kind and helpful. Great stay for kids!

Absolutely worth it ! We were at Waikiki during initial part of our trip . It was extremely touristy and lacked any natural surroundings . We changed our plans and came here hoping I could finally feel some nature , some privacy and a real Hawaii ! And we DID ! It’s a private villa with a few seconds walk to a very clean and calm beach , clear water . Every morning I snorkeled at the beach and came back home for breakfast at the Balcony ! I am SATISFIED ! This is what I was looking for The interiors of the home is soothing ! Clean washroom and kitchen . Cool breeze from the balcony . Food trucks near by . Friendly guests . What else can you ask for ? Thank you ! And we will come back again :) this place is a GEM and I mean it ! There is a rental agreement to sign . Initially worried us but it was smooth . It’s not an issue . Thanks Julio for being kind host , taking the time to explain and making it comfortable for us !

Location is amazing! Love the choices of pools-quiet or energetic. Staff at the condo are amazing. Huge space. Walking distance to 3 hotels with fabulous restaurants. Great beaches. Host is on it for anything.

We had a great time staying at Nalani’s place. Perfect location for a family with a toddler, easy beach and pool access. Clean and well organized, with lots amenities on property. Would recommend to all families!

We had a wonderful time at Murial’s villa. The villa is much more spacious, brighter, and more comfortable than it appears in the Airbnb photos — the pictures really don't do it justice! We didn’t feel rushed at all; it was perfectly relaxing to stay at Murial’s villa. Communication with Murial was excellent, and the instructions were very clear. We truly appreciate everything. Amazing place. Better than I imagined. We will come back here for trips to Oahu. We had 8 people and it worked perfectly. Love the resort and lagoons within quick walk outside. Great facilities. And super condo. Might be the best Airbnb we’ve done ever.

Great location . Walking distance to Aulani and Four seasons . Costco is within 2 miles . Sherry was great and very responsive . We will return again in future . Half of our party stayed at Aulani and we walked back and forth. The view from this Condo was better than our 2 bedroom villa at Aulani . Very spacious and lovely view .

Loved staying here for a night! The building was located right on a secluded section of beach and additionally had a community pool in the backyard that we could use. The area was nice and peaceful, construction was mentioned before check in but honestly I didn't notice it at all. The apartment itself was pristine and Kaitlin even left food supplies for us before check in - pancake mix with syrup, coffee grounds and creamer, etc. I also had requested a late check out and she was super flexible and easy to communicate with. No complaints :)

Charles was the most proactive and responsive host I have ever had on this platform. Extremely pleasant and responded immediately to questions. The home is beautiful and is maintained to perfection. The backyard was my favorite place to sit and take in the beautiful mountains. The gated community was beautiful and felt very safe. The only drawback is that the area outside the community is not as nice. There are not a lot of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. We ended purchasing groceries at a store Charles recommended and cooked our dinners and breakfast at home. Saved a lot of money that way. Overall this was great home base for our adventures around the island.

This was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. It was in a gated, newer community that offers a gym and pool. Also a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The maintenance did come to take the garbage out on our first day there and they forgot to close our door so when we returned home late that day, our door was wide open. The host answered our call and was responsive immediately and changed the code for extra security. There was extra comfort knowing it was in a small gated community and none of our things were misisng but it was definitely a big scare at first. Other than that, which I believe was a rare occurence, we truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home.

Stella’s home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the booking at first, but Stella handled it promptly and professionally. Check-in was smooth, and she continued to provide excellent care throughout our stay. I truly hope future guests feel confident booking this home—it’s a peaceful, well-managed place to stay.

AvantStay Oahu was amazing throughout my booking process, leading up to my stay and throughout my stay in the rental home. The private community where the rental home is located is absolutely beautiful, and the security guards were very helpful at the gate leading into the gated community. The home was clean, beautiful and offered the accommodations and space that my family needed!

We loved the place. It was a little confusing getting to the place since all the surrounding streets have the same name, but once we found it, it was amazing! Perfect for us!
