From Kansai Airport, I am there in just 15 min.We rent out the entire mansion (old house) of a genuine Japanese traditional merchant.Oil is the name of our house. It's not just a guest house, but just your family and friends, and enjoy a relaxing trip to Japan without worrying about other groups. This inn is also popular with people who are interested in traditional Japanese culture or enthusiasts of anime such as Ganjing Blade and Naruto.It is an old house, but everything has been renovated so that guests can have a comfortable stay. It can be used extensively for families and groups of one to 10 people.(The price will not change for up to 3 people) [Best hospitality not found in other guesthouses] The living room with a converted rice warehouse has a large 60-inch TV (you can watch Netflix, etc.) and a massage chair, so all guests can relax. There are also toys for children, so please use it as a playroom as well. Kashinoki-an is in a very convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from Kintetsu Kashihara-Jingu-Mae Station. Kashihara Jingu Shrine is a historic town with the mausoleum and shrine of the first emperor of Japan, in the place where Japan began. It is also a place with a lot of greenery and nature. In the neighborhood, there is Asuka, which retains the appearance of ancient Japan, and is dotted with many ruins. Imai-cho, where the old streets from the Edo period still exist, is also a highlight. Kashinoki-an is a pure Japanese-style house built over 60 years ago, and you can also enjoy the garden. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated for a pleasant stay. There is also a tourist information center, restaurant, tavern, supermarket, drug store, convenience store, and 100-yen shop nearby, making it very convenient. You can also get to Kyoto, Osaka, and Nara in about an hour.

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!
