Everything is as described, very beautiful and peaceful place, I recommend.

The apartment was great, clean and on a great location. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

We had a wonderful stay at Athanasia's apartment. It had everything we needed and in a beautiful location. You could walk to the local beaches, supermarket, coffee shop and also down on the waterfront for dinner. She was very easy to communicate with and gave lots of local tips.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this seaside house. The location is perfect, just steps from the water, and the view is stunning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time. The apartment is really close to the beach and just a few people were there, it really felt like a private beach. The centre where the bars, restaurants, shops were, was about 5 minutes by car. The house was clean, comfortable all in all great, and we really enjoyed having meals on the patio every day. Fivos was really nice, helpful and quick to answer. I would recommend this place 100%. And there were a lot of cute cats nearby.:)

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Yiannis, the owner, and his team go above and beyond even before your arrival to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is excellently equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Our stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hosts were lovely, very helpful, and took care of every detail. The food at the restaurant was excellent - fresh, tasty and wonderfully served. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to relax. great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!

The apartment is lovely and very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside space is really good, overlooking the pool/gardens. A spacious balcony with wicker seating/table and a dining table. Access to the beach is very easy - down the steps, turn left and the sea is a few minutes walk. We sunbathed on seriously comfortable sunbeds on the beach at Hotel Rigakis. As we were there at the beginning of the season, these were free to use if you bought drinks and/or food. Keep walking along the beach road for lots of restaurants, a few bars and gift shops. Turn right up the roads and you will reach the main road where there are also restaurants, bakeries and shops. Two good size supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Jelena/Milan were exceptional hosts, contacting us before the holiday providing great instructions to find and access the apartment. They responded quickly to any questions we had. Would stay again.

We have spend one marvelous week in this nice house where the sun kisses its garden every day. The close vicinity to the beach makes you feel part of the nature. It’s especially good for kids, you have peace and privacy. The house is well equipped with all you need for daily routines. And the special added value comes with the owners who live in the next garden. They are extremelly friendly, supportive and you can communicate with them in perfect English. They prepared for us an amazing grilled fish and paputsaki, we felt really like being with old friends. We can highly recommend this so beautiful and romantic place to all of you.

This has become a very special place for our family. Such a peaceful cove, especially in morning and evening when summer boat traffic calms down. Lovely, clean, home-like.

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! Efi's villa and location are amazing. It truly is paradise. Having an almost private beach a short walk away is incredible. The villa is lovely, with so many outdoor spaces to find, or shelter from, the sunshine, and relax in. It is so peaceful and private. Efi really helped us during our stay which we greatly appreciated. There are some lovely villages nearby with great tavernas, and always, the blue sky and the blue sea.

We spent a week at Nikolaos's place and it was great. Kalamitsi is a place where you can enjoy a peaceful vacation and beautiful nature. We are planning to go there again!

I had a good time because of the location. While it wasn’t specified, I was expecting a room on the upper floors since that is where most of the pictures are from, but got ground floor instead with people’s kids running around our front balcony door looking into our room. On my first day, I found a smudge of poop on the toilet floor which was very alarming about the cleaning situation.

I recommend the room. Conveniently located, nice view, well equipped.
