highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

We recently stayed at Serenity Homestay in Kotagiri, and it truly lives up to its name. Surrounded by tea estates and vegetable farms, it's a peaceful escape from the hustle of Ooty and Coonoor. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, spacious, and cozy, with enough room for families and plenty of open space for kids and pets to play safely within the secure lawn. Mr. Murali, the host, was warm, cheerful, and always ready to help with local tips or anything we needed. He lives nearby and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The caretaker and cook, Priya, was equally wonderful — she prepared delicious South Indian meals and was always ready to assist us. She even set up a cozy campfire one evening, which made our trip even more memorable. With reliable Wi-Fi, two TVs, and thoughtful touches around the home, Serenity offers a perfect mix of comfort and nature. This has been one of our best Airbnb stays, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kotagiri.

We had a good stay with kids and parents. We utilised the kitchen for preparing our kids meals and celebrated the birthday of our young one in the garden The hosts were friendly and helpful at all times. Would recommend if you are looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views

I am speechless by the hospitality of host Deepa and caretaker cum cook Mr Ranjan. More than place i liked the people. It was home away from home experience. Place is nice, neat and clean, property is good and worth staying. We had a good time in property. Campfire experience was delightful. Mr Ranjan surprises you in every possible way. From arranging snacks in campfire to ensuring your day is full of sumptuous authentic homemade Kerala cuisine. They also packed food for our way back home. They also customised food for kids. Stayed in touch till we reached home safely. What an amazing hospitality. Deepa was available all the time from meeting our last minute requirement to guiding us the places to visit. You can ask for help and they try their best to accommodate it . So far i have stayed in many Airbnbs but will give 10 out of 10 to this place and host. We were group of 10 and everyone had their own request. To my surprise they fulfilled all . Fell in love with the place.

The location is good. House was maintained very well, neat and clean. All aspects were up to our expectations. However, the road to the house from the main road was not good but it's a small stretch, manageable. The caretaker lady was very polite, helpful and approachable. Overall, we had a great time at Pearl Villa.

The stay is wonderful. I had a great time there and the views from the Wilderness cottage are sensational. It rained as well and that made it even more beautiful. Food is average and I highly recommend you try out local eateries - of which there are very few in Yercaud. Its worth the money, but everything - including the trek, estate tour are chargeable, and frankly a bit steep. Would recommend this place for the peace and calm and a very relaxing stay.

Great property. Exactly as described. Wonderful host. We had a group of 9 and 2 pet dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Caretaker Mrs Shaju and her team were super helpful, responsive and proactive. Would love to come back again

One of the best places I’ve stayed at, & I’m an avid traveller. Perfect for an extended family stay (we were 9 people). The house with its large glass windows, 5 identical well-furnished rooms, outdoor swimming pool, watchtower, and especially the projector screen in the hall, were exactly what we wanted to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday. Special shoutout to Rakesh Bhaiya and the 3 other Bhaiyas who were always just a call away, cooked delicious food, and provided better hospitality than any 5 star property can. Will recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay among nature a group of 10 or so people.

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

I stayed at Magnolia by Jade recently, and it was great. The farmhouse had a nice ambiance, especially with the large swimming pool. The staff were friendly and paid attention to us. The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The food at Magnolia was tasty, and dining there was a good experience.

The host was very responsive and was extremely welcoming. Would definitely visit next time I'm in town

This is a great place to unwind with your friends. There are 2 big bedrooms at ground floor facing the pool area & 3 rooms on top. The pool area is big along with sitouts where you can have your party along with barbecue. The caretaker was very helpful in arranging everythings that we asked for. Dinner & breakfast was arranged at a nominal cost but the food was great. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. I definitely recommend this place for groups! 👍

The inhouse team prepares delicious meals and super clean villa, and the surrounding neighborhood is my dream come true, with plenty of organic shops and cafes that cater to refined tastes. We stayed at this property in Kappad for two days with family and really enjoyed the beachfront location—it was right in front of the sea, which made for a great setting. The upper room was spacious and had a lovely view, while the lower rooms were a bit smaller but comfortable. The pool and common areas were well-maintained, and the breakfast served was quite nice. The hosts were responsive and helpful with all our queries. Although the price felt slightly high for the facilities offered, we were overall satisfied with the experience. Would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful beachside stay.

Very peaceful and picturesque location. The hosts Benny, Midhun & Melbin were very friendly, humble, helpful and transparent. We along with our kids really enjoyed the stay.

We had a great time at Hyder’s place. The property is spacious and surrounded by beautiful mango, avocado, and coffee plantations, which made the experience even more special. Hyder and Shijith were very responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was completely hassle-free. A special shoutout to Shankar Bhaiya—he was incredibly polite, accommodating every request of ours, and was always available at our beck and call. This would definitely be our go-to place the next time we visit.
