Holiday rentals with a patio in Kavarna

Centrally located, clean flat. Friendly and responsive host. Recommended his place for family visits.

Жильё расположено в самом центре города. Окна выходят в собственный внутренний двор, поэтому дома очень тихо. Во дворе есть зонт со столом и стульями, можно выпить кофе. Перед поездкой нам выслали очень понятные инструкции по заселению с фотографиями. Заселились без всяких проблем. Апартаменты маленькие, но очень чистые. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Владельцы писали и интересовались, как мы заселились и все ли хорошо. Очень отзывчивы и внимательны. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов, достопримечательностей, до пляжа пешком меньше 10 минут. Все отлично. Рекомендую.

Впервые за все наши путешествия мы довольны на все 100! Красивые и стильные апартаменты. Видно, что хозяева вложили душу в создание этого пространства. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Большая душевая кабина и очень удобная кровать, что большая редкость. Спасибо большое Цезарю за встречу и заботу! И отдельное спасибо за фрукты 💗

I loved the apartment, perfect for one person or a couple. Walking distance to everything in that area. And i loved the outside area which was like a beer garden. Ground floor space and no issues. No problems at all. And a great host, thank you Stiliyan, i hope to be back.

I had a perfect time at Bo's. she was extremely kind, flexible and gave many tips and great suggestions. the whole location is very warm and homey! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Convenient location but hard to find by car (one way streets). Dark at night. Great host, comfortable space.

Apartament curat,dragut amenajat,dotat cu ceea ce este necesar pentru a avea un sejur fara griji. Gazda foarte comunicativa si receptiva - avand in vedere ca in 2 zile apa a fost oprita, ne-a propus ( iar noi am acceptat) sa ne mutam in alta locatie, fiind ajunul anului nou si nestiind cat poate dura remedierea problemei din intreaga zona. Cel de-al doilea apartament deasemenea curat si bine utilat. Pet friendly, un avantaj pentru noi care calatorim cu un mic poodle. Recomand, la o noua vizita in Varna vom reveni la tine. Great apartment in the centre, very close the the Sea Garden and the sea. Kiril was very helpful throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

Well, all went fine and it is a real pleasure to relax in a place like ASEN is proposing... All is noticeable, the apartment is a big one and as described.. the car parking is easy and you feel secured... I strongly recommend..

Flott overnattingssted! Stille og rolig område, perfekt for familie med barn! Huset var veldig trivelig og rent! Hadde alt man trenger for et fint opphold. Verten var svært vennlig og opptatt av gi den beste servicen samt gi gode anbefalinger for uteplasser i Varna. Anbefales! :)

During our Easter mini holiday, Mike's place was the perfect spot for us. Situated in a green quiet area, only the birds you could hear around :) Pretty close to Kavarna, Balchik, Bolata Bay and other beautiful sourroundings, Mike's place is very privat, quiet, green, friendly & very well equiped - exactly what we were looking for when we run away from the city :) Mike is a great host, he gave us all the support we needed from arrival till guidance. The communication was great all the time, very responsive. We especialy loved spending the time in the garden : lovely during the spring. Totally recommended ! Thank you, Mike !

Absolute Herzensempfehlung 💜 Wir hatten das große Glück, bereits ein zweites Mal in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft in Bulgarien zu übernachten und was soll ich sagen - es war einfach perfekt! Schon beim Ankommen wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und durch den liebevoll gestalteten Willkommensgruß fühlten wir uns direkt wie zuhause. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, super gemütlich und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man spürt einfach, dass hier jemand mit Herz Gastgeber ist. Es war alles da, was man braucht – von Handtüchern über Küchenutensilien bis hin zu kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Snacks, Wasser und Kaffee. Man musste sich um nichts kümmern und konnte den Aufenthalt einfach nur genießen. Lusia und Kevin sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und absolute Herzensmenschen. So viel Wärme und Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall auch noch ein drittes Mal kommen💜

Отличное местоположение. Легко дойти быстро до пляжа и до центра. Квартира находится в очень удобном местоположение. Я снимала квартиру для своих друзей и им все понравилось. Квартира очень тихая и очень подходящее место для остановки с младенцом. Владец квартиры дружелюбный и очень отзивчивый.

Olga is very kind host , she is available 24/7 she even helped us to find taxi from Baltchik to Varna The appartement is amazing and so clean , the pool is wonderful We enjoyed our stay . thanks Olga

хорошая квартира, всё соответствует описанию. Очень тихое местоположение при этом пляж в 10-15 минутах пешком ,из-за того что рядом нету много отелей пляж достаточно пустой. Есть магазин рядом с домом там всё самое необходимое а есть маркет в 15-20 минутах ходьбы и также там станция общественного транспорта.

Everything was perfect . The apartment looks great and is very spacious equiped with all you need . Best food at Balcon Restaurant is just few steps away from the building

The location was great! The place was clean and layout was good. The unit felt a bit smaller for 4 people but it was comfortable. There’s no elevator and the staircase is tight for some who require more space.
