Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kavarna

Our host Vera, was so accommodating to us allowing us to check in early, we even accidentally lost Keys and she came out late at night to open the doors for us. The studios were very well fitted and furnished and it was just overall a very nice experience for us at Varna Studios. I would highly recommend them.

We found a clean house, equipped with everything you need, but especially located in a quiet area, on the outskirts of the town. For us it was the perfect choice. Communication with the owner was very good.

We couldn't make up our minds which house we liked best because we stayed in both. Each of them has it's own advantages. This one has a huge back yard and it's very private. We liked the kitchen the best. You have everything you need to make yourself right at home. We even made a bbq in our last day. I would recommend the place for a small family. We took our parents with us and they stayed in the room facing the kitchen so we were always careful late, at night, not to wake them up with the lights or noise. So be mindful of that. Otherwise the area is wonderful. You need a car to get around but everything is within 10-15 min drive. We even saw a turtle on the side of the road in the village. Can't wait to go back!

We spent a few nice days at Julie's. Your manager had us checked in and was also very friendly. Since the address did not match the one displayed, the manager had to pick us up. You could do better in the future. You can walk to the beach in about 20 minutes via a steep dirt road and tall grass. The journey is still worthwhile. The nearby beaches are also great, but better to reach by car. Overall, a few things need to be renewed here and there. Still, it was worth the money. The pool was serviced every morning. Since you are in the middle of nature, you should not be afraid of animals, which you see there more often. We would come back.

It''s been a pleasure staying here! The room was exactly as shown in the picture, everything was super clean & cozy, the garden is fabulous! Dora is extremely kind & always responsive, she shared some of the best figs and tomatoes from her garden. Definitelly recommending this!

During our Easter mini holiday, Mike's place was the perfect spot for us. Situated in a green quiet area, only the birds you could hear around :) Pretty close to Kavarna, Balchik, Bolata Bay and other beautiful sourroundings, Mike's place is very privat, quiet, green, friendly & very well equiped - exactly what we were looking for when we run away from the city :) Mike is a great host, he gave us all the support we needed from arrival till guidance. The communication was great all the time, very responsive. We especialy loved spending the time in the garden : lovely during the spring. Totally recommended ! Thank you, Mike !

Gorgeous apartment, with lots of lovely touches like water for our arrival and a booklet of recommendations. Perfect location, close to the sea garden and beach. Great amenities like the washing machine and dishwasher. We had a great stay!

Clean,cozy,modernly furnished and equipped home,with everything you need, close to the beach, restaurants, markets. A single small inconvenience - the shower cabin is small. Check-in instructions are detailed and easy to understand. I recommend this home to all those who want peace and the beach!

The place is nice, with all you need and has a beautiful view. Everything was good, except by a problem with the door lock, probabily was our bad luck, but we felt good.
