Emi is a great host! The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well decorated. I appreciated all the amenities that made it feel like home: cooking utensils, washing supplies etc. I also liked the Italian restaurant & store right across the way. If you want to be close to the beach and water , then this is the place to be.

I stayed here for festival near this aprtment, I could not expect how nice it is. Very near from the fedtival location, nice and comfortable to stay. Little bit cold inside the room, but the owner gave me more blankets. Wifi is also good, washing machines was useful. If I visit here next festival, I will stay here (not the main hotel). This is a great value accommodation.

Spacious apartment, large bedrooms, balcony, air conditioning that works perfectly in every room. Ideally placed to go to Spille beach, visit Durres and other sites of interest. We met the host at the end of the stay, she is very kind. The only downside is the shower curtain is not suitable at all and the bathroom is full of water.
