We are 3 adults living upstairs in the main apartment. There is a road with good standards to the village. Here you will find several marked trails that are nice to walk on in the summer. In winter, there are good skiing conditions.

There are marked snowmobile tracks outside the doorstep. In the winter chances of seeing the Aurora Borealis are high and there are almost none other disturbing lights closeby.

The apartment is located in the basement of the house and we live upstairs. We are a family with children and normal everyday sounds are heard between the floors. The house is older and responsive, which means that even noise from toilet flushing is heard. If you are sound sensitive, we recommend another property. Shower and toilet are functional but not yet renovated. Upon flushing, a smaller amount of water can run back and down the side of the toilet.
