Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Katy

Ana was a great host- always responsive, timely in getting back to me, and we had very little we needed from her because she provided great instructions before check in and check out. Our family really enjoyed this property- we had 5 kids and 4 adults, and they provided everything we needed for the baby and had it all set up and ready to go. I'd suggest to someone in the future for anyone with an infant to park the pack-and-play in the back room- it's a little further away from anyone who is still up and enjoying the space in the main area. We would stay here again- the house was beautiful, just like the pictures, and Ana was a fantastic host! 5 stars!

The house was perfect for our family with two teenage kids. They loved the many activities and enjoyed playing pickle ball, swimming, and playing the indoor games. We played a lot of pool volleyball! The backyard was very peaceful. With the high fence and trees it felt very private. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The location near downtown was convenient and we couldn’t believe how quickly we were able to get back to the house after catching a night Astros game.

We had a great time at Vy's place. It is located in a nice, quiet, and safe area and has easy access within ~30-40 minutes to all the main points in Houston. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again in the future!

The house was perfect for a family place to stay. We had 3 children 6 and under. We loved that there were high locks on the doors that they couldn't reach to get out in the back. The pool is the main reason we chose this house. it was great for all ages. John was quick and eager to correct a couple of problems in the beginning of our stay. When we have another family event we will for sure rent this house again!

This was a very convenient and beautiful property. Me and my guest enjoyed staying here in a very hot city, we went for swims anytime we wanted. We played music on the deck all day, until quiet hours. The property was so nice, we captured lots of beautiful pictures, inside and outside. And the bonus is it's a patio home, which offers complete privacy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Drove from Florida in a 31 ft RV plenty of parking space for it and the home itself was just fun for the kids lots to do and play with the pool was a plus and the basketball court Was used often, had a graduation get together and everyone had a blast inside and outside of the home followed the recommended rules and everything went smoothly, A lot of memories were made in which my family and I are forever grateful. Definitely will return to enjoy this place and outstanding customer service.

This was the perfect match for our relaxing 'Mom Club' getaway. We were immediately in love with the decor, the amenities, and most of all the variety of plants thoughtfully scattered around the property. The gated entrance makes it feel tucked away, yet the house gives an open and airy vibe, with a large (and fully stocked!) kitchen, unique architecture in common areas, and several spots inside and outside to just sit and relax. We absolutely will be back!

Great place to stay with family or friends! Definitely saving this home for future Houston visits!

Lenora is very kind and helpful. The place was beautiful, clean and perfect location for the event that I went to. I had an amazing time.

Great location with convenient garage parking. Really nice amenities especially the pool. Just wish it had been warmer weather to enjoy it. Extra special spices for cooking and the refrigerator was awesome! Really enjoyed my visit.

Positive: very beautiful apartment (one bed/one bath) with east facing balcony. Looks very clean and organized. Lots of information (home rules, how to avoid your vehicle from being towed [stressful], park in the garage (away from the elements), very comfortable king size bed (I want one in my room), love the window shades, love the blue couch, love the kitchen area, residents are nice and patient when driving in the dark garage, and well designed decor and very responsive. Negative: Long way from the garage to the end of the hall (like about 200 feet) - bad for bringing lots of stuff; when tired, (there is another 4th floor on the other side so I haven't tried it if it shorter or not) it is hard to find the lock box initially, take some time for the gate to open when exiting, dark garage when going up to the fourth floor, no table or chair to sit outside the balcony (it would be nice - not a game changer though), and knocking sound when using the bathroom (I think it is the pipes).

The place is nice. We couldn’t figure out the LED lights, but that wasn’t important. Unsure of where the dedicated workspace was, but made do with no problems.

If you need a place that’s walkable in the Texas Medical Center area take a close look at this offering. Host’s are outstanding and you feel right at home. So many little touches that I would run out of room listing them all. Everything from the well stocked frig and freezer to the community pantry its evident that the hosts care about their guests and go out of their way to make it show.

Excellent stay! I felt right at home and was easily able to work from Yvonne’s place while visiting family in Houston.

Estate Heights was an excellent host from beginning to end. The home had all the essentials, great internet, great garbage service, excellent communication and was very clean. Glad I chose them will use them again when I visit Houston in the future. 5/5 stars
