Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

The house has three bedrooms all with comfortable beds, high quality linen and Australian made soaps and toiletries.

Pool avble to guests during warmer weather, and may be accessed from 8 am onwards .Pool towls are provided. The cottage is a 2 min walk to Farmers Arms Hotel for meals and a Close walk to the Tocumwal village. Short drive to Golf Club, or courtesy bus. Pet friendly by prior arrangement.
