For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving and relaxed hug. A free space from everyday life and the pace of city life. Here we can spread our arms, feel the sand between our toes, hear the waves in our ears around the clock, go for swims and walks by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy and reflect. We have had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the property. Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

Lovely and comfortable house near the beach. 200 m down a little gravel road and you are on the beach. Follow the path to the right along the coast and you are in the wood, go left and you come to Faxe Ladeplads, a lazy wonderful little town. Wide, sand beaches everywhere. Dejligt og komfortabelt hus tæt på stranden. 200 meter ned ad en lille grusvej og du står ved havet. Går du til højre kommer du ud i en smuk skov og til Fedet. Til venstre kommer du ind til Faxe Ladeplads.

Tæt på Billunds attraktioner og Givskud Zoo, finder i huset Bella Vista, som er velegnet til ophold af flere generationer eller to familier, som rejser sammen. Vi byder på 229 m2 fordelt på 3 plan, fyldt med hygge og plads til alle. Vi har bræt- og kortspil, samt bøger i forskellige sprog. Vores nye TV har Chromecast, så i kan caste jeres egne kanaler. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
