Hello everyone. I am Yutaka & Lino, and I live with my family of three in Tokyo. This villa in Chiba Prefecture is surrounded by beautiful scenery and is a very relaxing home. Our villa is inconvenient to access by train, so I recommend coming by car. Passing through a narrow rice field road, there is a three-story house with a garden. There is Wi-Fi and a workspace on the 1st and 2nd floors, making it comfortable for long workations. The ■first floor is a kitchen & living room adjacent to the garden 　Feel free to use the wine cellar and hot plates The ■2nd floor is a bedroom with large windows and sunlight streaming in 　Relax by the fireplace 　You can watch your favorite videos on the projector The rooftop terrace on the■ 3rd floor has a beach bed, folding pool, and hot water shower ■The large yard has a pond and you can dine on a wooden deck surrounded by nature At night, you can enjoy a bonfire and glamping while watching the starry sky You can also enjoy BBQ in the garden if you bring a BBQ set (* We do not sell charcoal, etc. Thank you for your understanding) 10 minutes by car to the sea. Nice to meet you!This house is a renovation of my grandfather's villa.Right in front of the sea, enjoy! Locations are the best! Beautiful beach in front of you!There is a town swimming pool right next door.It is OK to expand the vinyl pool in the garden and parking lot!(I did that when I was little!) 10 minutes walk from the station.Both supermarkets and convenience stores are conveniently located a 7-minute walk away. BBQ Grills, tables and chairs are available free of charge.Please provide charcoal, nets, ingredients, and seasonings.BBQ is available until 20:00.Please be considerate of the neighbors. Large screen I installed a 100 inch screen.It also serves as a TV.You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video.If you connect the game with HDMI, you can do it with a big screen. Either way, it's on loan! It is a private accommodation, so please enjoy it relaxingly.Because we have renovated a villa before the war, there may be some inconveniences (such as insects and sand).Also, it is not suitable for those who want to have a big noise or party with a large number of people.Thank you for your understanding.
