The stay here was peaceful and we had everything we needed here. Host was very responsive. A quiet neighborhood so that is the expectation at night. Great to have washing in unit for use!

great overall stay, very comfortable for 3 people sharing, would not recommend for bigger groups, space is smaller in person compared to pictures but overall bigger then most places you could find for the price in japan. host is very responsive easy to communicate quick to reply, washing machine available, AC available, and wifi all accessible, a bit of a walk up stairs to get to the third floor, be mindful if your traveling from Canada the stairs are slight steep then what we are use to but the neighborhood has a restaurant across from the airbnb and family mart and 711 within walking distance. if you like to bike or would like to rent a bike family mart has rentable hello cycles available all nearby and only a 10 min walk from the train station . overall great experience would recommend and stay again 100% !

The room is clean and comfortable, located in a quiet area a little far from the subway station.There are gardens and convenience stores nearby, and it is highly recommended.

The accommodation itself is very comfortable, with two rooms and a small living room.It's also quiet at night, although it's a little far from the city, but it's a small place full of life at Hanachaya Station itself, convenient for food and drink, convenient for drug stores, and supermarkets, all very convenient! ！

The room is well-equipped. It includes all the things you’ll need and the amenities are clean and well-preserved. The location is very convenient, one-minute walk to the station and there is a supermarket nearby which sells food cheaper than the markets in the city center. The owner provides clear instructions and pictures, easy to check in. But note that there is no elevator. Overall the place is clean and comfortable. The price for stay was also reasonable! A very nice place to stay! It was compact yet equiped with everything you could want like a washing machine, a balcony and a small kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy and a huge bonus was the view from the balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Two train lines are nearby. A bus station is right outside the apartment. On top of that was our host very quick to respond to our problems and frequently asked if they could help us in any ways. We felt welcomed, relaxed and pleasant throughout our entire stay and would definetly come back here <3

Gimmicky. I want to get that out of the way right now. This property is capitalizing off of having an onsen nearby with traditional looking Japanese bedding and decor. That's what got me, and it might be what's getting you...I would say that's probably not worth it. The place itself is fine. The bedding is fine, but in the end I chose this place over other cheaper options for the novelty, I feel I could have gotten a little bit better value elsewhere, but still overall happy with what I got and what I paid. I used the onsen once during my two week stay. I really like onsens, but this one is small, busy, and I just wasn't a fan. Service was awesome. He spoke great English, and helped me bring my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. Overall, despite starting out critical here, this place is really nice and I like the quiet area next to nice walking paths. Lastly, I wish the place had a small dining table and chairs. You basically have to eat at a small low table on the floor.

Nice place , still new fresh and clean, everything I needed was there, comfortable bed, powerful A/C, great location 5 minute walk to Sky Tree and Train stations with connections to anywhere in Tokyo, Responsive hosts very accommodating. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay here. very close to a train station or a 10 minute walk to another which was perfect, it was in a nice quite area. good communication from host. was clean throughout, very good shower and had a nice comfortable bed, slightly smaller then we are used to being from England but was still cosy. would recommend 👌

Hanna’s place was perfect for my parents and me. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

Our stay at Kai’s place was amazing. The admin and Kai itself was teally helpful to us especially when we did not know to go to places using trains. The place was really clean and everything we need was there. The place is also near convenience store about 5 minutes walk and also the train station. It was a quiet neighbourhood that you can peacefully rest at night after a whole day of fun. We will surely comeback to his place whenever we will go to Japan. Thank you so much for accommodating us so well.

Booked the room right next door for my mom while she was in Tokyo with us. We love staying in Oshiage, it’s a good neighborhood and there is shopping and dining nearby. Also very close to the Oshiage station which can be directly accessed from Haneda airport and Narita airport.

The host has good taste and lots of nice utensils and decoration in the room.The room is not big, but functional and clean.The house is very well located, it is quiet and life is very convenient.The surroundings are also good, both stations are very close.It was cozy and nice to have at home.

Excellent option to stay in Tokyo with family. 1) Our host was super responsive always 2) The apartment has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay 3) It has a manual in English to help operate different equipment. Very thoughtful 4) Location is excellent. Hardly a walk to Yahiro station 5) The apartment size is very comfortable to move around Overall a superb facility

Nori-san's place is great, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you'll be close to many shops and restaurants while also being close to the train station to explore more of Tokyo. Nori-san also provided good recommendations close by which was appreciated. No complaints, I would stay here again if I get the chance.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Very spacious, close to the subway station, very convenient.The house is fully equipped, the toiletries are also fully equipped, the landlord is very nice, and you can store your luggage.

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, with a view of Tokyo's Sky tower, modern and great for a good stay, close to the subway, which connects you very well with the whole city. The host is very attentive to all needs. I highly recommend this airbnb.
