Built around the Cycladic arches called Camares, almost at the entrance of the Castle the studio is located in a well-known neighborhood that combines both the privacy and the vibrant life of restaurants wine bars and every kind of store. The studio features a king size bed, a sofa bed for 2, a kitchenette and a private bathroom as well as a private terrace overlooking the sea and the busy streets. The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Modern apartment with sea view

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

La casa è molto confortevole, tre camere con tre bagni di cui uno nuovo più bello. Ha funzionato sempre tutto. Il figlio Dimitris è stato molto accogliente e disponibile, abbiamo solo avuto un ritardo con il transfer arrivati al porto. Dalla casa puoi raggiungere a piedi due delle spiagge più belle, e anche la Chora è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa 15 minuti Vista stupenda …. Veramente favolosa Barbara

Mairi's Airbnb was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time in Naxos. The apartment met all our expectations and was just a short walk from Agios Prokopios. We especially appreciated the terrace, where we spent our mornings and evenings watching the waves, the sea, and the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily cleanings. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Das Haus ist neu und sehr liebevoll, geschmackvoll und designaffin eingerichtet, sowie mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch vielem mehr. Gleich außerhalb des Hauptortes (zu Fuss ca. 6 Minuten in die Mitte des Zentrums), daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Gastgeber ‘Dimitris’ hat uns unkompliziert am Hafen abgeholt und bei der Abreise auch wieder zur Fähre gebracht. Dimitris war jederzeit gut erreichbar und fragte auch mal nach, ob uns etwas fehlen würde. Super freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Lasst euch von der Ausstattungsauflistung nicht verwirren, es gibt wirklich alles an Grundausstattung (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, voll ausgestattete Küche) und wohl der beste Wasserdruck mit Heisswasser in der Dusche von allen umliegenden Inseln!

Our week at Ochre Dream was wonderful. The onsite caretaker is so sweet. Panos kindly accommodated an early arrival and late departure. The apartment was very cozy and we loved our view and patio. It exceeded our expectations. The location just outside of Naousa was perfect and when we wanted the vibrancy & charm of the village, the walk was just 10 minutes and beautiful. We absolutely loved our time on Paros and staying here was a big part of our enjoyment.

Our stay was amazing, the house was lovely and the pool, landscaping, and the view were better than the photos! We used the BBQ multiple nights which made the holiday so special. Check in and out was super easy. We also got lost/stuck on our first evening (Google maps around the island will take you down “roads” that you *need* a large car to go down so be careful!) but Tush was very quick to kindly come help us navigate out! With that being said you definitely need a car, we survived in a tiny car, but larger would make your life easier!
