Revamped Minimalist Stone Country House

Nestled on the foot of mount Giouchtas, in the picturesque village of Archanes, our stone countryhouse is located in one of the most central and beautiful parts of the area. Archanes are 20 minutes away from the centre of Heraklion(15km), 15 minutes away from Heraklion's International airport, 15 minutes away from the famous Minoan palace of Knossos, as well as 20 minutes away from numerous beautiful beaches. Situated in the center of the most important wine-producing region of Crete, it has a 5000 years old history, while excavations conducted in the last 50 years have brought to light a lot of sites dating back to the Minoan period. The village is also very famous for its typical Cretan architecture. Most of the houses have been restored recently and Archanes has won the second award as “the best restored village in Europe”. The house enjoys a spacious interior and a private garden, which is protected by a peripheral wall. This is a typical characteristic of old Cretan houses of the area. Guests enter the private garden through the gate which then leads to the main building. I am always at the disposal of my guests, so that I can make their holiday problem-free. Furthermore, there is a free parking very close to the house. The country house is only 20’ away from the “Nikos Kazantzakis Airport” and the port. The archeological site of Knossos is 15’ away.

Athena house is located in Kato Gouves at a distance of only 300 m from the beach , 20km away from the city of Heraklion Crete , 17km away from the city’ s harbor and 14 km from the airport. The nearby area offers a lot of summer activities water sports nice restaurants and super markets. Moreover you will find at our house everything you need for a quality stay!! It is perfect for families with children or couples and friends! An ideal place for exploring Crete and a perfect relaxation resort!!

Είναι ένα διαμέρισμα σε δύο επίπεδα. Μπαίνοντας στο διαμερισμα υπάρχουν τρια υπνοδωμάτια και το μπάνιο. Υπάρχει επίσης η ξύλινη σκάλα που οδηγεί στον πάνω όροφο όπου βρίσκεται το σαλόνι με το τζάκι η τραπεζαρία η κουζίνα και ένας μεγάλος εξωτερικός χώρος με τραπέζι φαγητού και σαλόνι εξωτερικού χώρου για καφε. Είναι όμορφο βολικό ήσυχο διαμερισμα κατάλληλο για διακοπές. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 300 μέτρων από την παραλία και γύρω υπάρχουν πολλά καταστήματα για φαγητό ποτό διασκέδαση και shopping.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο, κομψό χώρο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο και είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό που το κάνει ένα πλήρως λειτουργικό σπίτι. Υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζιέρα, κουζίνα και σαλόνι με γωνιακό καναπέ που γίνεται διπλό κρεβάτι. Μπορείτε να χαλαρώσετε στο ευρύχωρο μπαλκόνι. Αυτός ο χώρος μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 4 άτομα και προσφέρει ό, τι χρειάζεστε για λίγες μέρες αλλά και για μεγαλύτερης διάρκειας διακοπών.
