Monthly Rentals in Kathu District

We loved our stay here. It is so peaceful, no busy city noise. Everything was great and comfortable and clean. They replaced our towels for no extra charge. Only problem we had was the mattress was a little bit on the firmer side, but having a huge king bed to sleep in felt so luxurious. Location is great for peace, but you have to walk down a giant hill to get to the main area, and also have to go back up it to get to the apartment. Other than that, they were so helpful, airport transfers were great!

The flat is good. It's located in the very center of Phuket, so it is quite convenient to get from them to the rest of the island. Kathu itself is not very picturesque, but it has everything you need for life. Claude always responded promptly to my requests, helped with everything and was friendly. There were issues with the Internet and the kettle, everything was resolved quickly. I really liked the pool in the condo, although there were not always free sun beds next to it. I can recommend renting Claude's apartment.

Host was super friendly and responsive, everything went very smoothly. Location is great as everything is close but the apartment is still very peaceful. Over all great experience!

The apartment was nice and clean, exactly as described. Vasilis was very helpful with any concerns I had, quick and friendly response. Will definitely stay at his place again at the end of the year
