Beautiful villa, perfectly located, would recommend !

We had a lovely time staying at Armenak & Mida’s place. They had a very in depth welcome pack for us when we arrived which was very helpful. We encountered a couple of obstacles when first arriving but Armenak & Mida when very prompt with their response and offered a solution almost immediately. I would recommend this stay to anyone travelling with family or friends!

Situated right in the center of a beautiful village with lots of Tavernas, cafes and bars. Even a small grocery shop! Everyone is so friendly! Great location as you in the hills but also only 20 minutes from the beach. The cottage has all you need with the added bonus of a terrace where we ate our breakfast/coffee and watched the world go by! There is a restaurant just opposite and others within a few minutes walk. It is such a perfect location.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

One of the best air bnb's we've stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous setting, we loved it so much we extended our stay. Elizabeth was a very gracious host and the agents that managed the house were also very responsive and helpful. The house was immaculately clean including the linen and kitchen utensils. We had everything we needed for a great stay. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Pure bliss overlooking the coastline & a quick drive down to Coral Bay! We booked a stay in Casa Authentica Cypria while viewing flats for sale in Peyeia & very glad we did! Demetris popped in to greet us & told us bits of local history. Generous welcome pack was lovely, very hospitable & genuine folk- He's part Canadian, so no communication issues like elsewhere. Been in various properties around Cyprus, but this one felt like we were actually in true Cyprus, not just anywhere in the Med. I doubt you can get more of a Cyprus feel than this! Cool Cypriot artwork, lots of kitchen items & a gas BBQ we didn't have time to use. Olive trees & Med foliage: an ambiance you usually get in deep rural parts of Cyprus, but this house is very central. Wifi, local TV, bed, hot water all very good. Found nearby small supermarket, kebab shops & Arabica Cafe. Can't really think of anything we didn't love, only wish we stayed longer. I recommend a stay in Casa Cypria wholeheartedly! You'll love it!

We had a fantastic stay at the villa. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, stylish, and very clean. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace with a beautyful view – perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening. Maria was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. The location is peaceful yet close to great beaches, restaurants, and shops. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We stayed here last year and this year it was just as lovely! The place is easy to check in, very clean and felt right at home when we got there. Kiosk right next door with everything we needed, and near everything we wanted to do. Thank you Adrean for a great stay again

Very nice house with a very nice garden in a very nice area. A very good option to escape the city team and literally being two minutes walk from the sea. Highly recommend it!!!

We spent 1 week in Manuel's great apartment 🙏🏻☺️ A breathtaking beautiful view, in a quiet location! 😍 Manuel's apartment was very cozy and comfortably furnished and corresponded to the pictures on Airbnb. We received a detailed instruction before our arrival and there are parking options next to the property or in the courtyard for the car. When checking in, everything was clean, the bed was freshly made, fresh towels and the apartment was equipped with really everything you need. We have rarely had such an equipped apartment. We lacked nothing 😊 If you have any questions, Manuel always responded to this within a very short time. Thank you for that and for the stay 🫶🏻

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

This little cottage was perfect for our trip to Cyprus for a a week. We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights. It’s far from Larnaca where we flew in (about 2 and a half hours). The small town of Polis was very welcoming from the busyness of the other larger cities. The harbor was really a great location with access to amazing food and souvenir shops and boat tours. It was very close to walk or a couple minutes to drive. Theneighborhood is a gated community so there is a code to get in. Directions were clearly communicated. The neighborhood has a handful of houses, each with a pool. The houses are not new but we expect the aged charm and chose this because of the secluded location. We were not disappointed. The sound of birds and the distant sound of the water was relaxing. I did not hear any cars from the villa. There is a washing machine but no dryer. It has a clothes hanging rack for drying. 2 cats came and we named them Sneezy B. (Buck) and Pluh. Vey sweet strays. Amazing stay!!

Stayed at this villa for a week and loved everything about it. The hosts had thought of everything including shower gels in all the bathrooms, plenty of towels, chairs, sun loungers and even toys for the pool for the children. The villa was spacious, modern and beautiful. Loved the way it’s designed with walking out to the pool from the downstairs. Bedrooms all sleep 2 comfortably and each room has its own bathroom. The pool is great - the kids loved it - it’s not too deep and lights up at nighttime. Plenty of kitchen items - everything you could possibly need. Can’t fault a single thing and looking forward to re-booking. Thank you.

The apartment is as described. Very spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, it was possible to cook meals. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (very necessary). Small but comfortable bathroom, it had some hygiene products available. Kristis was very attentive.

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

A lovely villa but just a little way away from coral bay. If you don’t have a car you’ll need be constantly be getting cabs but the villa was lovely and I don’t have a bad word to say about it. Air con throughout, lovely and modern. My wife got ready there for the wedding and she had no complaints. Even stood the test of an earthquake, so that’s always good. But all in all. A lovely villa, could easily stay there for an entire holiday, just need a car. Would recommend it to friends but maybe needs an ironing broad.

Some of the best hosts out of any bnb we have had. 100% coming back, worth any one’s while to stay at this extremely peaceful space made with love.

Great location, very quiet only some animals in the distance. Extremely good communication with the hosts, very professional and we always received replies super fast, even in the evening and on weekends! The place is a bit high up on a "mountain" so it was a bit colder than down at the cost when we where there in March/April, just be aware of that. Heating up the jacuzzi is totally worth it and overall great experience!

Christos was an awesome host who met us and explained how to use his beautiful home. Directions on Google maps did not give correct information to get to his home, however Christos was there to flag us down! He also directed us to all the great places to explore and dine at. Most in walking distance. The house itself was very comfortable and spacious. We had 3 adults, however 3 more could stay and still have plenty of room.

We had a great time staying in this lovely house. It was clean and comfortable and the location was superb. Quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommended and I would go back. Nectarios was very helpful with anything needed.
