From the moment we stepped inside we felt at home. A beautiful little quaint historic home with lots of character The atmosphere inside set our weekend girls trip straight away. The surroundings and view to the Stirling ranges was just amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our little get away and being so close to bluff knoll for our hike was great. We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The host was absolutely amazing—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. The home was incredibly neat, tidy, and cozy, with all the amenities you could possibly need. You can really tell that care and thought were put into every detail. It felt like a home away from home, and I loved every moment of it. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a quiet getaway and to be left alone. You feel on top of the world up on the hill overlooking the fields and countryside. The house is absolutely adorable and the fireplace is the heart and soul. Thoroughly recommend a winter trip so you can relax in bed next to the fire. Short trip to town for supplies so you can keep reading your book. Starlink wifi if you really want a relaxed work trip or to do some editing. Shower is tall people friendly, the water is hot. Great for sunsets and sunrises. Perfection!

The freshly painted cottage is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well setup and contained all cooking implements needed. Bedrooms were spacious and plenty of storage available. The town is quaint and is located in a rich farming area and close to the Stirling Ranges. The Gordon River is in walking distance to the cottage and has a track on either side for walking. Bec the owner was very warm and friendly in all our interactions. We found Sage Cottage perfect for a weekend away with our pets. Michael
