Supercalifragilistic! That’s the only way I can describe the host, seriously. I had an early morning flight, and the host arranged a private driver to take me to a few places that would take some time. One of those places was a massage parlor. I was also able to do an early check-in. The place was really clean. There are plenty of mini markets, restaurants, and souvenir shops within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

So, Usually photos posted up by hosts of a condo are not always the same when you arrive. In this case the photos did not do any justice, just wow !! an amazing stay and perfect last stop before I hit the road back home. I felt like I was at home words can’t describe the feeling of a fresh airbnb without the hassle. Definitely will book again and recommend ! Thank you Eva !

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

This apartments are almost the best I’ve been in Phuket. I’m very happy to meet Julie and her beautiful apartment near Kata Beach. Very well furnished and well equipped with almost everything you need during your holidays in Thailand, all the stuff in the apartment is very good quality and almost new. Very beautiful apartment with astonishing ocean view on Kata Bay. Super highly recommend to stay here and enjoy your holidays. Definitely will come her again

Beautiful affordable place to stay! Host was very responsive at all times. Had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool after long day. Only thing it’s far away from the city .

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Stayed for two days here...place was amazing! Had an issue with a lock on sliding door and maintenance was there to fix in less than 5 min after notification. Place was very clean! Shower head could use to be replaced was the only thing we noticed. Safe was being replaced as well as I let him know it would not open. Outstanding communication with a ton of local advice. Thank you!!!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Super location, great facilities, so handy having a washing machine and rooftop pool. Overall great value, only negative is the lack of a 2nd key and essentials

5/5 Stars Sam was an amazing host—very hospitable and helpful! The Airbnb listing was great and the location was convenient. Just a heads-up: make sure to wait for Sam to send you the exact location through Airbnb messages—we took a taxi and got dropped off at the wrong spot, but it worked out fine. Sam helped us find a laundromat and shared some great tips and tricks for exploring Thailand. Highly recommend staying here!

Very responsive host, we had a few issues that got fixed quickly. The AC unit in living room was dripping water onto the couch and one of the bathrooms had an odor with an issue of the water draining behind the toilet. Overall the place was described for what it was. It was efficient but wouldn’t call it luxury. No frills to it, the best thing about the place was the view! Building C was a little maze to get to, so that could get tiresome to do several times a day. There was a grocery store across the street with a wide selection of anything you would need along with liquor & wine. A pharmacy next door with any items you would need like sunblock! I also got a pedicure at the salon next door as well. I downloaded the Grab app & rides down to Bangla Rd where all the action was were affordable. With traffic at certain times could take 20-25 min to get to Bangla Rd. I also went to Yona, Tiger Kingdom, Atvs/Ziplining, lily pad cafe, & Elephants on the Beach all by the Grab app.

Kaya was accommodating to our preferences. AC worked well and she was able to schedule a scooter drop off for us to get around for the two weeks. Cleaning and refreshing sheets happens every week that was a nice surprise. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Everything you need to live is there, even a mat and towels for the beach (I would like to point out that there is no change of sheets and towels, even if you are coming for a week, two or a month. You will need to take care of your own laundry. This is understandable, as this is not a hotel, but apartments) air-conditioned sports room. The rooftop pools have just been renovated, but I don't think it would be pleasant to be there in the heat. I also liked the location, away from the noisy promenades and heavily polluted streets. The only thing there was was a bar opposite the residential complex with loud live music that stopped at 23:00 - 24:00. The nearest beach and public transport stop are exactly a 10-15 minute walk away, a laundry, grocery store and pharmacy are nearby.

Lars place ticked all the boxes. Excellent air conditioning. Well equipped. Great Mountain views with partial ocean view. Central location, close to beach and walking distance to everything else. The couple of minor issues we had were addressed promptly by Lars. We would definitely recommend.

Amanda's flat is a good value with panoramic ocean view from inside or the balcony , big comfy bed, a shower with good pressure and ample hot water. Though abroad, Amanda always responded fast; we were grateful for her kindness, flexibility as we had travel-prohibiting situations to deal with and she accommodative with the change requests. Onsite, the management was very quick to respond to any issues that arose .That there was no free beach shuttle disappointed but taxis and tuktuks were cheap and though about 1km from the action, afforded peace and quiet. The rooftop infinity pool's views was an adequate substitute for the beach many days and I "scratched my swimming itch"--even at 11pm! The area was village-like --grocery. Jun and Maya's superb massages and a terrific vegan restaurant, gym and spa complex at the end of the road. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

We had a wonderfull stay. The room was clean and quiet. There was a swimming pool on the first floor! It was a private building with guards, but still near a lot of local restaurants and activities. And last but not least; Fai responded very quick to questions and was warm and welcoming. It felt safe to stay. Would a recommend a stay over here!

Great place to stay. excellent view better to have a scooter or a car for ease.

The location of the homestay is near the Kata Night Market, there are no things in Patong, but it's absolutely quiet, which is great!The host is very kind. Thank you very much!
