It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The Sončni Grič is located just a step away from highway exit Trebnje East.

RA House Plitvice Lakes

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Apartment Apex penthouse whit a large terrace

Studio apartment "Apex" is a penthouse with a large terrace overlooking the entire city and the river Korana. It is located in the wider city center, contains one room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating, air conditioning and Smart TV. Parking in front of the building is free. The price includes champagne / wine as a welcome gift. The landlord speaks English and Croatian. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The apartment is luxurious and comfortable.

Smještena u srcu netaknute prirode, “Aurora” nudi mir i tišinu daleko od gradske buke. Panoramski pogled na brežuljke i šume pruža osjećaj slobode. "Aurora" može ugostiti do 4 osobe (2+2 ležaja). Gostima su na raspolaganju infracrvena sauna i jacuzzi. Tu je i pečenjara za roštiljanje, te vrtna sjenica za druženje. Lokacija osigurava privatnost, a blizu je svih potrebnih sadržaja. Rijeka Kupa udaljena je nekoliko kilometara. Rezervirajte boravak i uživajte u opuštajućem ugođaju!

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Dorina hiža

Our wooden house is a family heritage and has been renovated to preserve its original character and add to its charm. The size is 78 m². All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic. If you are looking for a family holiday house full of character and a peaceful oasis in nature to recharge, this is the right place.

Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.

House Zvonimir

Dear guests, our apartment is located in the small beautiful village of Korana, 3 km away from the entrance to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the waterfalls, river and mountains. Apartment contains room with satellite TV, free Wifi, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Part of the apartment is also a terrace right next to the river. We are looking forward to your visit!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the central Zagreb district of Donji grad (Lower Town), just a 15 minute walk from the main tourist hub, where most attractions are. The south-facing main room features large windows that let in plenty of sunlight and offer a pleasant view of the quiet street with trees. The place is owned by a famous Croatian illustrator, so you can enjoy his artwork throughout the space.
