Our house located at Fotimari, 15 minutes from the port (5.5km asphalt), within our 13000 m2 plot, overlooking green hills full of oak and olive trees, beautiful marked walking ancient trails and the fantastic view of Chora village (Ioulis). This characteristic Cycladic newly build stone house, tastefully decorated provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique stone cottage is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Includes a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for two and fireplace, bathroom, small fully equipped kitchen and private veranda. Sunset suite Elena

The Sunset Elena Suite is located in perhaps the best spot of Iulida, it has a wonderful balcony with an unlimited and unobstructed view of the Aegean and while it is very close to restaurants and cafes, it does not have the hustle and bustle that would disturb a guest from relaxing and enjoying the view. sleep on cotton-satin sheets make your coffee in the espresso machine and choose the pillow you like for a pleasant sleep. In the bedroom you will find 4 different pillows to choose from. If you just want to relax in front of the TV, you will find a42 inch TV with movable stand to even choose the angle you like.also in the house you will find a toaster, an espresso machine, an electric kettle for tea or Greek coffee and of course a fridge with freezer. Our aim is the comfort of the guest and the joy of his vacation.

The old stables in Pera Meria

The property, is the old stables of our estate that we rebuilt to create a comfortable living space (Guest house), while respecting the local traditional architecture. If you like nature, the view of the Aegean, serenity and privacy, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the vacations you dream of and we hope you will love this place as much as we do. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a built-in sofa, a small kitchen and another bedroom with two single beds.

Kea's Villa

This villa is located on Akrotiri, Otzias. It has private parking, entrance, pool, and garden. Both architecture and internal design are traditional cycladic. A 2-floored fully furnished villa with breathtaking aegean sea view with amazing sunset. There is also an independent apartment in the same residence with a big bedroom and one bathroom. Port is 10 minutes far and 3 minutes far from the most popular-organized beach of the island (by car). Your stay will be an unforgetable memory.

Amelia: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

Serene, amazing and not too far from the action. A place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.
