Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kaštel Gomilica

What a shame we only had four nights to enjoy this wonderful apartment and lovely area of Croatia! Davorka was a lovely host, and made us feel at home. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The location is well located for exploring Split and further afield. We took the train to Split but there were also bus options. We also enjoyed exploring the local Kastela villages, which we may have overlooked without Davorka recommending them.

Great stay in this beautiful villa. Clean, easy to access and conveniently located between airport and the city of Split, we recommend this villa. Our host was very attentive and checking in regularly. We were able to take advantage of the very well-maintained pool. Both bathrooms are very handy. The two terraces and the barbecue area are very nice. The proximity to the railway is not a big problem because there is little traffic. The village of Kastel Stari includes a beautiful seaside and a beautiful hinterland with beautiful hikes. Very good stay.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a second stay at Cvita and Ante's place,we had a wonderful stay, the apartment is ideally tidy. The hosts are very kind,helpful and caring.. our kids peculiarly want to thank Cvita for the pancakes they are perfect!!!🥰 Our whole family thanks Cvita and Ante for such a wonderful stay!!😘❤️

We had a great stay at house Ita. Mariana was a wonderful host, welcomed us and was very responsive to any later inquiries we had. The house is amazing, comes with the best view and a few extras, such as shampoos and condiments, which we especially appreciated given we were staying only for a couple days. We wish our stay was longer to enjoy all the amenities that the house offers and will certainly be back next time in Brac. Thank you, Mariana!

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

Very nice, large room. Tastefully furnished and bright because of large windows. Fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is small but okay for some days. Very comfortable large bed. We were welcomed very nicely by Vlado's father. Vlado always responded immediately to inquiries and we were even allowed to get some fruits from the lemon tree in front of the house ;) Quiet surroundings, nice walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation 100%! Thank you!

With air conditioning, the living room has been cozy even on the cool days. I had overlooked the fact that smoking is allowed; you can smell that as a non-smoker. The living room with the pictures is cozy, the kitchen small but functional. Out of the window you only see an office building; it is quiet for a city apartment. Supermarket within walking distance, parking was possible, at least for us, nearby. Thanks!

The place was actually from Maria’s mother and she was so nice and gave us a lot of local recommendations. We stayed there to visit split and other things in the area. When by car this is the perfect location for that. The apartment was just like the pictures and felt really homely.

I couldn't recommend Zoyas apartment more. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, super clean and had everything we would need for the time we were in Spilt. The location was a close walk from everything we needed. Zoya herself was extremely helpful, kind and quick to respond. If I ever find myself in Spilt again I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

A beautiful space to stay. Very clean. A distant view of the water with peaceful spots to sit outside. Comfy bed, great shower. Close to Split airport. Would stay again if I go to Croatia again!

Excellent place. Nice and clean. Good air con. The pool is great but not super deep. There’s a lovely outdoor area with a nice dining table and sofa with shade. The inside is good and theres plenty of space for 8 of us. The showers are really lovely and high up so very suitable for tall people. Luciano was very helpful. Overall 10/10 (Also right next to Lidl so very handy)

The place is really nice, the apartment has everything needed. The surroundings are super beautiful. The town of Omis and the beach is only 10 mins ride. The host is friendly and responsive. Hot tube is awesome for the evening chill.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

The hosts were incredibly responsive, even before we arrived. Once we landed, they stayed in close contact, and everything went as agreed. Vinko greeted us warmly, showed us the house and came for checkout to say goodbye. A highlight of our trip was Vinko’s dad, whom we called Opa, who became our personal driver. With a group of eight, renting two cars seemed too much, so glad we didn’t! Opa picked us up at the airport (even made two trips as our group arrived separately), was always on time, and made every ride fun and relaxing. His prices beat Bolt. The house was amazing, comfortable beds, a great pool, jacuzzi, and space for everyone. It truly felt like home. Shops, delicious bakery and the beach were nearby, and being between Split and Trogir was perfect for day trips. Even the occasional plane overhead didn’t bother us. The hosts also gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and activities. This place gave us unforgettable memories. Thank you, Mirta, Vinko, and Opa!

Beautiful villa - host was amazing went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic communication was brilliant and lots of little extra touches that were not expected but very much appreciated ! Views spectacular felt sad to come home Croatia is a truly beautiful country

The villa was amazing! We were 7 adults and 5 kids (2 toddlers and one baby) and everyone loved it. It was really good that everyone had their own bathroom. Ivana provided us with a baby strollers so we didn't need to take our own from Finland. She also replied our messages very quickly. The pool was amazing and kitchen supplies were perfect for big group.

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

Nives and Andrey were incredible hosts, from check in to check out they were super responsive, always on hand to help and had exceptional cooking skills and the same from their daughter with her cakes and Pastries 😍 There aren't enough words to describe how much we would recommend you booking to stay with this fabulous family. We had a couple of problems with the TV and before we knew it they had bought a new one to make sure our stay was perfect. Not only that but we had an issue with our hire car and they were both over within minutes to help us out and throughout until resolution. Andrey shared some wine from their family vineyard and some personalised videos on how it was made which was super cool to see. Remove any doubts you have in relation to booking here, you will have the best time with the best hosts. Everything is exactly as described and we honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had a good time at the villa. It was really comfortable and we had everything that we needed. With the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna you can relax during the day and there is a table tennis too for playing outside. With the car you have 10-15min to omis and around 30min to split. The villa is a bit far from the cities, but the stay was definitely worth it. I recommend hiring a car accordingly.

We had a great experience! The house was lovely, cozy and fully lived up to our expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating, communicated quickly, and was very flexible with our wishes. We felt very welcome and would highly recommend this place to others!
