This self-contained apartment offers two separate bedrooms for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area with plenty of room for relaxation, exercise or creative projects. Surrounded by nature and a wide range of leisure activities, close to Thurnau and situated between Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg – perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet and a separate bedroom. If desired, you can sleep separately / sleeping gallery (bedroom 2), which is accessible via a wooden staircase. The 42 sqm apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The adjoining terrace and garden invite you to relax.

Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar. Auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist vorhanden.

Vollausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Boxspring-Matratzen im Kingsize Bett, Balkon mit Südausrichtung und Smart-TV, Waschmaschine im Bad vorhanden. Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug vorhanden.

Bed linens and towels. Non-smoking rooms. BBQ area at the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms have been newly renovated. The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.
