Apartment is located directly in the tri-border corner of Bayreuth, Kulmbach and Bamberg. 20 minutes by car to Bayreuth, very good highway connection. Fitters are welcome here! Bed linens and towels. Non-smoking rooms. BBQ area at the house. Parking is available in front of the house. The rooms have been newly renovated. The building's exterior facade is currently uncleaned. We apologize for this.

It is beautifully decorated and has a kitchenette in the living/sleeping room, a small bathroom with shower and toilet and air conditioning. The bed consists of two single beds put together and is 160 cm wide and can accommodate 2 people.
