Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddle board and rowboat. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub.

Free parking for the car in the warm garage downstairs, access by elevator to the apartment. EV charging, charge according to consumption. Accessible. Cooling air source heat pump. One bedroom with a 160cm frame mattress bed. The living room has a divan sofa bed (140cm). Plus an air mattress 80cm if needed. At the disposal of the resident, the condominium's gym on the 1st floor with comprehensive home equipment.

Villa Juurus log cabin

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. In the middle of nature, a beautiful 55m² cottage and a new 30m² yard building, as well as a large terrace and barbecue area. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a sup board and paddle boat, as well as wifi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.

Cottage by the lake

If you're looking for a little break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is just for you. Rent an inexpensive, modest, electrified, basic summer cottage (approx. 65 square meters) from Kangaslampi, Varkaus (the cottage is located on the south shore). Everything in the cottage is not exactly on top and in the best condition, but a basic clean cottage with everything you need. The cottage has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stove, gas grill. Basic tableware, TV, radio, smoke detectors.

Detached house in the countryside. Quiet location. Here you can easily stay overnight during your trip or spend a holiday. 17 km to the center of Heinäves, where you can find shops and other necessary services. Bed linens and towels are included. In the winter, the possibility of sledding from the yard directly to the Heinävesi sled trails. Great opportunities for outdoor activities along side roads or nearby forests. The yard can accommodate a truck. It's possible to rent for stays longer than 2 nights.

Here, you'll sleep well, even though the train and bus station are in the yard. At the same time, there is a parking garage with free parking for 1 car and charging of electric cars. In the yard, K-Supermarket, lunch restaurant, Barots quick restaurant + other services. The harbour and market area are a short walk away. New 2 bedroom apartment in the city center.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Gottage is situated by Suvasvesi lake nearby Vehmersalmi village, built -83 and totally renovated -18 when a totally new sauna was built. Surrounded by pineforest for hiking, picking berries and mushrooms. Only 0,5km to the village with different services. There is electicity, washing water coming from lake and fireplace heating. There is a rowbout for fishing, terrace and dock for swimming and spending time by beautiful lake scenery. There are some neighbours nearby.

Welcome to relax in the sauna room in our yard, by the lake! Although a small, stylish sauna is part of our inhabited courtyard, you will find peace, nature, privacy and wonderful scenery here. The place is also great for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Rowing boat and SUP board available. Bring your own linens and towels. If necessary, however, linen can be arranged from the accommodation.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the yard of the main house. For multi-night guests during the heating season, in addition to electricity, furnace heating. Trees ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. About 10 minutes to Outokumpu and 30 minutes to Joensuu. Koli about an hour and Valamo Monastery about 30 minutes by car. There's also a dog cage outside with a small coop.
