Second time here, great area with bars and restaurants full of locals, easy access to sights by ferry and bus/tram.

Fantastic aspect giving you a 180deg view out over the Bosporus from the lounge and bedroom. Even better from the grassed roof area up on the roof we’re I managed a fantastic workout. Its location is also great with restaurants cafes etc just a walk away as is Taskim.

I was very satisfied with the stay, everything was as described, it was one of the rare places I felt like I was in my own home, and I loved the view and the house, and it was in a great location in terms of location

Big and cozy apartment, minutes walk from from transport commute hub. Very quiet location, beautiful views, lot of restaurants nearby. I would like to stay here again.

House on a quiet and peaceful street. There is no other house or building between the sea. You can see everywhere panoramically from the covered terrace. All the ironic places of Istanbul such as the girl tower, the historical peninsula, the Galata Tower, Çrağan, Dolmabahçe, etc. are located in the view. The house is on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator but it was easy to get out. There was no problem with the house cleaning, but the kitchen appliances and sheets could have been cleaner. There are 3 air conditioners in the house and they all worked efficiently. The street where the house is located is busy, but I was able to find parking every time. There was no disturbing noise from the street or building except for the sounds of seagulls. The host was interested, but I can't say that it is one of the fastest responding hosts. One of the best places, especially for those who want sea and Bosphorus views.

‏Staying here was like living in a dream definitely be coming back again! Everything was perfect, the view was breathtaking and felt like therapy. Highly recommended!

Our stay was lovely. We had a few minor issues, but Mr. Emrah resolved it quickly. I can tell everyone who is thinking of going: The view is great, the communication of the people where we stay is very good and there is an environment where you can feel completely comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat and shopping nearby. One of the most important advantages for me was that there was free indoor parking and an outdoor parking lot belonging to the apartment. Thank you again Mr. Emrah for everything. If we ever get in the way again, we would definitely like to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Selim's apartment with our three teenage children. The apartment was recently redone, it is well arranged and very clean. the bedding is of good quality. The apartment is well located, within walking distance of Sultanhameit sites.

Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. The neighborhood is friendly, with various places to eat and small local businesses to buy from. Thank you, it was nice staying

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again

We spent total of six nights and enjoyed everyday and everything. The flat is clean, modern and comfortable. The owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit of away from the city center but it has good public transport connections. We highly recommend it!!
