I think it has a better view than what is shown. It is a duplex house. The view in the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, so I went up there and enjoyed the view.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

It was a very clean place and the decoration gave a very cozy atmosphere, many things you might need were thoughtfully added to the apartment, it was very easy to find and check in, and the host answered our questions very sincerely and quickly, thank you for everything, I was very pleased💕💕💕

This is my second stay here, and it will be my only choice when I need accommodation in Istanbul. Mr. Emre is always helpful and extremely understanding. The room is clean and spacious. You can stay with peace of mind.

Our stay was very pleasant. Albana is very welcoming and responsive. She checked us in at the appointed time. When we had any questions, she answered us immediately. The apartment is the same as shown. The atmosphere makes you feel at home. The area is pleasant. On the ground floor there is a Carrefour and a beauty salon, where we got our hair done. There is a bus stop about 6-7 minutes away. The nearest mall is a 30-minute walk away. On the other side of the boulevard there is a pharmacy, cafes, and pastry shops. I recommend Albana and her apartment 10/10.

Hamdi is the best host I've ever seen, with his sincerity and interest. He took care of us immediately when we had the slightest problem or needed something. He did his best to make us enjoy the holiday. The house has everything you're looking for. It is comfortable and has very good privacy. The balcony and the view are more beautiful than the photos. I definitely recommend this place to those who will have a holiday in Heybeliada. Get a reservation without thinking.

Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. Heybeli may be the best! I plan to come again🫶🌸

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

The place was really nice and clean. It's located close to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Despite the central location, the apartment has good soundproof. Also, there is a conditioner inside which is important for someone who don't like heat. Turgay was very helpful. I got responses to my messages within 5 minutes. He was flexible with a check in and provided useful information about the area and the city.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
