Holiday rentals with lake access in Kartal

I liked this apartment last year so I stayed again for two months. Spacious, nicely decorated top floor flat with access to the roof terrace. Very quite building in the best location in Balat. Easy, short walk to buses and the ferry station. Everything works in the apartment and the marble Turkish bath is luxurious. I especially like the neighborhood because in the immediate area, near the apartment, normal, local people reside. You can experience Turkish culture instead of being in a tourist area. A few blocks away are restaurant, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. Overall, I highly recommend the apartment, the neighborhood and the host. All are superb!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this place. First of all, the location is excellent—very convenient and central. The apartment was clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed, including a washing machine, dryer, iron, and more. The host was kind and provided plenty of helpful information, making me feel well taken care of throughout the stay. I can confidently recommend this home to anyone planning to visit Istanbul. Thanks to this place, my trip to Istanbul became an even more memorable and pleasant experience.

We enjoyed a great stay in the apartment that was very clean, in a great location and had very nice views from the room and the terrace. Bulut and his parents were very nice people who made you feel at home and were very responsive whenever we needed help or had any questions. There are many nice local restaurants nearby and public transport to other areas of Istanbul is very close and convenient. Highly recommended to stay here during your trip to Istanbul!

- Really enjoyed staying in Uskudar, which does not have so many tourists, while providing a wonderful view on all Istanbul and lots of restaurants. Selman's apartment was in my opinion perfectly placed, near to transportations and restaurants, while being perfectly quiet (ofc bring earplugs for the night prayer calls of the mosques, but I think you can't avoid them in all Istanbul). - The apartment itself was completely equipped and worked perfectly for us. - Selman was really proactive in helping us, for the check-in, but also every other day. He gave us useful advice and much more. He was really committed to give us the best possible experience of his city!

Zeynep Hanım konaklamamız başlayana kadar kurduğu açık iletişimle bizleri çok memnun etti, Mustafa Amca ve Serap Teyze bizleri çok sıcak karşıladılar, akşam programları olmasına rağmen biraz geç geldiğimiz için bizleri sabırla beklediler bunun için çok ayrıca teşekkür ederim! Mustafa Amca mangalımızı dahi özenle yakarak hazır etmişti , Serap teyze ve Mustafa amcanın hoş sohbetlerine ve Tiny house güzelliğine tam da doyamadan döndük ve hatta dönerken bizi sağolsunlar havalimanına kadar da yetiştirdiler. Keşke daha fazla puan verebilseydik, evin temizliği ve düzeni her şey harikaydı. Sabah bülbül sesleri ile uyanmak ve ormanın güzelliği içinde kaybolurken kafa dinlemek istiyorsanız başka bir yer aramanıza gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum.
