Holiday rentals with beach access in Karon

had a pleasant stay with me and my friends during our trip to phuket! the place was very accomodative and comfortable! pete was extremely helpful as well to make us feel at home! would highly recommend to others!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – peaceful and away from the nightlife, but still close to everything we needed. The place was clean, convenient, and had a comfy sofa bed for an extra guest. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing spot near the city!

I loved our stay here. Check in was smooth and the staff is very nice and responsive. We loved how close we were to a lot of the places we planned on visiting. The unit itself is beautiful and spacious and has everything you need for a long term stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Overall we had a lovely stay. The villa is spacious, has good aircon/fan facilities, a ton of toys for the little ones, pleasant pool and literally less than 1 minute walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable stay for my family and I. We enjoyed time in the pool and on the beach right in front of the villa as well as the beach club next door. The beach was never busy which is huge in a place like Phuket and we would definitely consider it again. The only thing that wasnt great is that staff walks in and out for cleaning without any notice making it feel a little less private. Because the villa is on a busy pathway, there will be constantly people walking by the property. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would definitely consider booking again!

We were looking for a very peaceful yet spacious space with an amazing view. This home was a perfect fit. We had an amazing time overall. Incredible views. Very responsive and friendly staff. The place was easy to live in with all essentials and some extras provided (for eg an after sunburn gel - I didn’t know I’d need it but I did). The area itself is quite good with lots going on but without the massive crowds. Would highly recommend. 2 things to note: 1. Pls take the stairs required to reach the place & back to the main road into consideration, it’s equal to about 5 stories of a normal building so getting out is definitely challenging. The listing is honest about it. 2. The main living room’s walls are a bit thin so you can hear people outside (only happened 2 times in 4 days since the place is ultra isolated, so not an issue for us).

Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . Me and my friend had a wonderfull time here, hope the next guests also find themselves at home when traveling Phuket . Thank you Alexandre .

My husband and I stayed here for over a month and it was AMAZING! Such a peaceful villa with amazing views and pool. There is a steep hill to get to villa but totally worth it for the views, peace and quiet. We hired a bike but also loved to walk- you have access to everything you need including 7/11, gyms, nice cafes and restaurants within a 10-20min walk (5-10min bike ride). Also very easy to get Grab deliveries (despite the hill). Gilbert the host was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful and flexible to accomodate us. Was also great to have cleaning few times a week. We were also working remotely and wifi was great. Beds and couch were really comfy. Overall a wonderful home away from home would definitely stay again.

We had the best time staying at Maggie’s place! The location was perfect, the home was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Maggie was a wonderful host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. We’d absolutely stay here again in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay in Phuket. The house is really close to the beach and it's a quiet area. Ross was also quite helpful and very responsive. The only negative point was the mosquitoes, thankfully there was some products at the villa to help with that. Thanks for having us!

One of the best homes I have stayed at, beautiful location overlooking the ocean. A great beach nearby where you can walk to and in a 20 minute drive to the Phuket Old Town. Sukee is a fabulous host, had snacks stocked up and had a curated list of recommendations. Overall a wonderful stay and will recommend to others.

Egbert's place was a dream Airbnb and we are so grateful to have found the place. The Airbnb itself was clean, well-organized, had plenty of amenities and included so much space! The bed was comfortable and the living room was super cozy with the best views! It looked straight out of a magazine. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and just relaxing before or after our day trips! Communication with Egbert was easy and seamless and the instructions to get to and from the place were easy to understand. As for the location, we couldn't have picked a better spot. It was close to great restaurants, our beach day trips, and shopping. The lot itself was private and quiet! It truly felt like a home away from home and we only wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to travel back to Phuket, and we would most definitely stay here again! As hosts ourselves back in New York, we truly appreciate having a great Airbnb experience on vacation! We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both Kata and Karon beaches within walking distance. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and the apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, and in excellent condition A special thanks to our host, Irina, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Chonnacha is truly incredible such a kind person. And Jep was equally caring and beyond professional. The property is stunning, the view is breathtaking, the location is so private but also very close to the beach and local shops. The property has an amazing feeling and energy, and I felt so safe there. It is truly value for money and people should book this place because it is an unforgettable experience.

Lovely place and amazing sunset view from the terrace. Had not 1 but 2 swimming pools. Its on a hill and walking to Karon beach (approx 10-15 min) felt a bit hairy sometimes as there is no pavement on the main road. Host was very responsive overall with check in and helped book taxi after check out.

Very nice place. Bowie was very helpful. The appartment was very clean, with all the necessary equipment. The pool is cool, and you have all kind of shops and stores nearby. I recommend !
