Monthly Rentals in Karon Beach

The host was great. I checked in last minute due to complications at another Airbnb, and host was prompt in making sure the space was ready for us to check in as soon as possible. I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to my friend being physically unable to step in and out of high bathtub. The host was very understanding to the situation and took no time to process a refund. If you’re looking for a great location, great view, and living quarters and a host with great communication I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

Very attentive, answer quick, everything is as explained about the studio and area. A little hill up 20-30 m. which is good after all that eating from the restaurants which u find on the big road 2 min from the studio. The same road which also leads to the beach which is ca 10-15 min walk depending if u start looking into the shops on the way. 24/7 security, pool fitness and so on. Pool is not for suning since there are 3-4 chairs only thats what u have the beach for. My teenage sons enjoyed the pool for swiming and relaxing before and after the beach. If u dont like walking tuktuk takes 200 baht one way from the building to the beach which we did always on the way home from the beach. Everything was wonderful and i would definately stay here again. Karon beach is beautiful and kata beach is 10 min away with motorbike. The beaches are similar clean always chairs 100 baht per chair. Visited patong beach and not imaginable to swim there after expirienced karon and kata beach. 5 *

We spent almost a month here and we wish it was longer. This place is great. The condo is very spacious, clean and has all kinds of amenities. The views from either of the two balconies are awesome. The building and grounds are secluded, very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The large pool is a great alternative to the beach, which is only a couple hundred yards from the front door. The building is within 400 yards of two markets and rows of businesses. Communication with Sven was prompt and easy. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for letting us stay here.
